Beachfront holiday rental in Stone Town

All hotel staff always very helpful, friendly, and professional. They were able to solve all our wishes and requirements quickly and willingly. Even cooking delicious meals. The accommodation has a great location, and a wonderful view of the ocean.

I booked Wayne's place for my family’s trip to Zanzibar, and it exceeded all our expectations. The host was incredibly responsive, helping us organize a pick-up from the port and regularly checking in to ensure everything was perfect. The house itself was immaculate, situated in a well-secured, quiet complex, and ideal for families. I highly recommend this place and would definitely book again."

We enjoyed our stay at Malcom's place. Written directions are not advisable - he had someone meet us at a well known place to direct us to the house (it's tucked deep into a neighborhood). The (saltwater) pool and the hut overlooking the beach was great! There was a caretaker on the premises who took excellent care of us! Note: very few food shopping/restaurants in the near vicinity.

Really great stay at this apartment, boutique feel and just like the photos. The complex where the property is situated is big but the host is easy to reach via message , phone call and inbox. Cleaner service every couple of days was a bonus. I stayed here with my family and was very happy and safe.

Jaz was phenomenal - took the time to give me local tips and suggestions that made my trip so much better. The location is perfect and the stay was great value.

This beautiful apartment is brand new. Immaculate and very comfortable . It’s a cosy apartment with breathtaking views . We loved our stay here . Traditional yet modern style blends in this livable family home. Fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances , all the amenities were perfect! I like the way the host created a beautiful setting every detail mattered . Every room is so livable and that’s what I love the most . We were planning to stay one month but ended up staying longer. Riziki is the most thoughtful gracious host who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable . Exceptional Hospitality.

It met my expectations, Mrs is very attentive, she tries to solve the slightest problem right away. Great seating area, tv, wifi. The only downside of the house is that it's far. The taxi driver who comes with Mrs's advice helps at an affordable price. I would choose this place again if I come back to Zanzibara.

We booked both connecting airbnbs. They are identical. The prompt was even better than pictured. Many ig picture worthy spots. There is only ac on the bedrooms so the common areas do get warm. The house manager was extremely friendly and helpful. I recommend getting the chef he did a great job. There is a little convenience store about 10 min walk but other than that there isn’t a whole lot around. The location is an hour drive from The rock restaurant, stone town and the northern beach.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb apartment in Zanzibar. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was very responsive and helpful, providing great local tips. The location was perfect-close to the beach, restaurants, and shops, yet quiet enough to relax. I loved my stay at the facility. The place looks like you see in the photos. They have a huge and wonderful pool which was actually warm at night and it's next to the beach. The rooms were spotless and spacious. Highly recommended!

Great host. The host deserves to to be ranked as a "Super Host". The host was more than accommodating, He went above and beyond. The home was spotless and right on the ocean, as described. The view was magnificent and breathtaking. We watched the cruise ships sail past the house. Fishermen who fished for crabs often stopped by, as we lounged on the veranda or in the pool, to offer us fresh crabs from the ocean. On arrival, the host provided tropical juices, wine, and water. This was one of the best Airbnb hosts I have encountered. Should I return to Zanzibar, I hope I am lucky enough to stay at the Ocean Bay Villa. I recommend this place to anyone planning a trip to Zanzibar.

This place is beautiful, if not even more impressive in person. Large space for a family or group of friends. The villa was spotless clean and host even offered cleaning services throughout our stay to make us feel more comfortable. We ordered the breakfast and dinner on some of the days which was very useful since the villa is a little distant from restaurants and supermarkets. The back pool looking out into the sea was our favourite part of the house as it made the stay very relaxing. The host Urah was available at all hours to answer any questions or issues that we had which was useful when we had blackouts. The security guards were very friendly and made us feel very safe. We would definitely stay here again when we need a breather from the busyness of the beautiful island.

Wow I don’t even know where to start! This was truly one of the best Airbnbs I’ve stayed in Zanzibar. As an Airbnb property this one completely exceeded my expectations. It offers amazing value for money.I had such a peaceful time watching the sunset and listening to the sound of the waves. As for the kids words can’t even describe it they had the time of their lives, especially enjoying the infinity pool. I only wish we had booked a longer stay, but unfortunately, it was time to head home. I will definitely be coming back to this home away from home. Having visited Zanzibar several times, I can confidently say that it’s hard to find a place like this near town with full AC, reliable WiFi, fully equipped kitchen. We even made lovely breakfasts for the kids. Bonus: it’s just 5 mins from the airport and only 15 mins to Stone Town. Truly worth every penny.And as for Mohammed what a kind gentleman. He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. I recommend this

Good area, goo house.

Feels right at home. With a nice ocean facing rooftop, clean swimming pool. This is a safe lodge, location is quiet and safe with friendly staffs and secured. Responsive host and always checking if everything was ok. This is a place where you can have a perfect rest/relaxation on vacation. I will definitely book again.

Large, well-decorated two-story apartment with everything you need in the bathrooms, kitchen and rooms. Conveniently located in the historic center 2m from Fish Market. Sara is a very attentive host and responds to customer requests right away. Highly recommended!!

What an amazing experience, we had a large group and used the Chef services and the food was amazing !!!, such a peaceful place in the midst of nature, if you want to switch of from life for a few days this place is perfect. Kids loved the extra room with the bunk beds and the pools kept them entertained. We took a trip over to the East coast and tbh as nice as the day trip was, it was great to get back to the villas and the peace that surrounds them. Salha and Karl were amazing hosts giving us the privacy we needed but were always available to help with anything we needed. I cannot recommend enough. We will be back for sure. Thanks

The place is nice and looks the same as description and the photos. Tranquil place. Nice view to the ocean and clean. Guests must bring food to cook or ready cooked as there arent nearby restaurant. The place is good for a family as the space is enough. There was no internet connection but the owner informed us about this on the process to connect
