Cozy guesthouse in a lush and lovely residential area. Natural areas with forest, sea and lakes around the corner - and very good transport links to Stockholm city. Living room, double bed, sofa, dining table and chairs, separate bathroom with washing machine, shower and toilet. The kitchen is small, but efficient and well designed. The nearest bus stop is about 300 meters away, buses run every few minutes to Stockholm city. The journey takes 15-20 minutes. Two adults with a younger child can sleep comfortably.

Small cabin by the sea in Nacka

We are renting out this little charming house with a sea view. Perfect for those who want close to Stockholm but stay close to nature. Located right by Nackareservatet and it takes about 20-30 minutes by bus to Stockholm (nearby Slussen). The house has a sleeping loft with room for two people, a small kitchen and toilet with shower as well as a small lounge with two armchairs. There is a small patio and possibility to borrow kayaks. You can also rent a small motor boat located in the harbor in front of the house.

Detached villa in cozy villa area, the house is located on a quiet street and has natural areas close by. The house has a large garden with a playhouse, trampoline, swing and fruit trees. Large terrace and balcony with possibility to sit outside and have dinner and watch sunset from a high free location. This was the best experience we have had with any rental anywhere. The area is in a quiet family-friendly neighborhood of single-family homes, extremely close to a bus stop to go into the city or shopping. This home stood out from other rentals we have had. It was comfortable, functional and very clean, and I have really high standards and usually clean a rental myself upon checkin. Not necessary here. The home was stocked with everything we needed while not being at all cluttered. Therese met us at checkin to go over instructions for the home and to show us where everything was. She was friendly and truly wanted our family to enjoy her home. We were all adults, two couples and my single son and each had our own bathroom. The outdoor space is beautifully landscaped and the perfect place to enjoy coffee, an afternoon drink or a meal. When returning to Nacka to visit family, this is my first choice in where to stay. Thank You Therese!!!

Had a lovely and most relaxing stay at this holiday home by the water. Everything worked great for us. Beautiful scenery, a neighboring park with lovely walks, fully equipped and sparkly clean stylish home, great kitchen to prepare meals, comfy bed, bus stop right by the house for easy commute to the city, and lovely lovely outdoors, including swims ten times a day... and special visitors to the backyard such as deer, ducks and squirrels as well as the neighbor's cat :) If you don't have a car, remember to bring groceries with you, otherwise it's a few minutes walk. Thank you for this memorable stay.

I hade a wonderful stay at Eli's place, everything was comfortable and clean. However, when choosing this place, you must consider the location, which is about 1 hour away from city centre with bus. It is not possible to use metro until 2030+.

I had a wonderful stay in this condo, and was pleasantly surprised by the clear instructions, how beautiful the condo was and that it had everything I needed during my visit, including cooking utensils and spices. The street outside was a bit busy during the days of my stay, but very calm and quiet at night. Public transportation is very frequent and easily accessible from the condo. I would definitely recommend staying here. :)
