Bright and nice downtown apartment

New and nice downtown basement apartment, located only 650 meters from Leirvik city center. It is 2.5 km to the shipyard, Aker. There are great hiking areas nearby for those who like a walk. Short distance to the store, which is also open on Sundays. The basement apartment is newly renovated and was completed in June 2024. It consists of kitchen, living room with sofa bed, bathroom and a bedroom. The kitchen is well equipped with a large fridge with freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Bed linen and towels are of course included.

Warm and hospitable hosts who live on the top floor. Beautiful garden with good sun conditions from morning to evening. With its 4 beds, this place is both central and affordable. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area, at the end towards the forest. A few minutes walk to the beach and Hystadmarkjo nature reserve with a nice hiking area.
