The flat is situated a 15-minute walk from Møkster harbour 1.2 km. You will find a good modern grocery store at the harbour. You cannot bring your car to the island.

Fogefonna sommerskisenter is one houer by car from us. There are many fine hiking in the surrounding area. The most famous are Trolltunga, Oksen and the waterfalls in Husedalen,Kinsarvik. It's nice to cycle along the fjord into Agatunet or against Utne with Utne hotel, and Hardanger Folkemuseeum .
