Bright and nice downtown apartment

New and nice downtown basement apartment, located only 650 meters from Leirvik city center. It is 2.5 km to the shipyard, Aker. There are great hiking areas nearby for those who like a walk. Short distance to the store, which is also open on Sundays. The basement apartment is newly renovated and was completed in June 2024. It consists of kitchen, living room with sofa bed, bathroom and a bedroom. The kitchen is well equipped with a large fridge with freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Bed linen and towels are of course included.

The best hotel room in town⭐️ Perfect for companies when hotels are full! Nice for weekly spenders and rotational workers. Great value for money! Aesthetically beautifully decorated and newly renovated basement room with private bathroom and entrance. NEW large bed, sofa, 65'' TV with AppleTV with all apps. Coffee machine, coffee/tea, kettle, fridge and microwave with grill and hot air. 200 meters to shops, restaurant, pub, pharmacy and hairdresser. Close to the lake, water and hiking areas.

The apartment is located in a quiet residential area, at the end towards the forest. A few minutes walk to the beach and Hystadmarkjo nature reserve with a nice hiking area.
