Bed (90 cm + mattress on the floor). There is the possibility to make simple food. Cooking plate, microwave ++ NB! Kitchenette and bathroom/toilet are in the same room. A living room with a 90 cm bed. If 2 guests, extra mattress. The apartment is in the basement. Ceiling height approx. 197 cm. Bed linen and towels are included. Free parking in the street.

The property is newly renovated and has a very central location in Stavanger, with direct connection to everything the city center has to offer. Nearby is Breiavatnet, the train station and the bus terminal, and there is also a short walking distance to many restaurants, a rich cultural offer and hiking opportunities. The airy living room is in an open solution to a practical kitchen, and in the living room there is also a foldable staircase up to a loft/alcove of approx. 6 sqm.

The apartment is 75 sqm. After you have used the city's facilities, this is a really great place to relax and catch your breath.
