You’ll love the house because of the outdoors space, beautiful gardens and the cool, clean ocean weather. It's really nice to cozy up to the gas fireplace on a foggy day.

I had know idea Manchester existed; until now. I came to know Manchester well with the opportunity to stay at Jess’s home. There are multiple views of the ocean whether lounging in the outdoor elevated living room; sitting on one of the many window seats outside; enjoying the outdoor spa, or taking in a stroll through the neighbor and Pomo Lake trail just a scant from Jess’s home. It was so peaceful inside and outside Jess’s home I found it challenging to leave. The home was spacious and well appointed. If as needed assistance; Jess was responsive and went out of his way to accommodate my needs during my stay. I can only hope Jess’s home will remain available to visit for the foreseeable future. I plan to return I. The next month or so. I could not get enough of this sanctuary. And, the price was more than reasonable given what I received. Truly a treasure.

We loved our stay—the home is well kept and it is well cared for. We enjoyed taking walks with our young children around the neighborhood, and the beach was only a couple of minutes away and quite private. Because we have young children, we spent a lot of time in the home and enjoyed the outdoor spaces. It is a beautiful property with a lovely view from the back deck. We will definitely come back!

The Treehouse is the perfect place to stay while visiting Mendocino. The location is close to town but still in the forest area giving it the best of both worlds for vacationers. Immaculate, inviting modern decor, every amenity you could want in your own home, outside spa, comfy porch seating, etc. adds to its charm. Would highly recommend this home with no exceptions! Truly made our time in this area extra special.

The house has fantastic views and is very peaceful with lots of wildlife around, deer, does, foxes, and birds. We really relaxed and took daily trips to the surrounding areas. The private beach is so beautiful, our dog got a workout! Point Arena Lighthouse is worth the trip, and the wharf has a great pizza restaurant. Our dog enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the deer. The weather couldn't have been better; every day ended with sunny skies. Would definitely consider another trip to this house.

Great experience overall!! It was amazing getting to wake up and see giraffes feeding ever day. I would definitely recommend booking a guided tour as the animals are amazing and the staff are super knowledgeable and kind! I would recommend making it an unplugged trip as data is spotty and the WiFi isn’t the best.
