Close to bus stop with good transport. Gävle centrum is at 40 minutes walking distance through nice park area along the river.

Walking distance to lake for swimming and fishing. 1 km to Gästrikeleden with nice hiking and many miles of bike trails. In winter 5 km skating rink on the lake in a few minutes walking distance.
