This cottage is ideally located for exploring the Lake District, Arnside/Silverdale AONB, Leighton Moss and Yorkshire Dales. The settlement of Hilderstone can be traced back to the 13th century. The barn was built originally in c1750. There is still a working farm as part of the 200 acre Hilderstone Farm. A great base for outdoor activities.

We are just above the shops on Arnside Prom - close to pubs, cafes, a chippie and shops. There are endless glorious walks on the doorstep, great wildlife and places to explore. With its quick access to Kendal and the South Lakes, Arnside is a hidden gem of a place.
