Welcome to our newly built guest house "Ladan." A home in a quiet, rural setting just east of Uppsala. With us, you live 13 km from Uppsala C and 7 km from the E4, which takes you further towards Arlanda or Stockholm. 1000 meters from the accommodation, a bus goes directly to Uppsala C and during some summer days, you can take a steam train to the city with the museum railway Lennakatten. The guest house is located on the outskirts of Gunsta community, close to nature. In the area, there is the nice Stiernhielms Krog & Livs, where you can eat well or shop a little.

Small cozy guest house on a leafy plot. 400 meters from the cottage is Lake Mälaren. Here you can swim at a jetty or small beach in the summer and ice skate in the winter. Close to a beautiful nature reserve with barbecue areas and nice forest. The cottage has a room and bathroom. It has a small, but fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. There is a bed (140 cm) as well as a folding guest bed (70 cm). In the bathroom, there is a washing machine, shower and toilet. Sheets and towels included.

This 130 years old cottage is about 90 m2. It's modern, however furnished in a way to give a cosy atmosphere. The bottom floor; a kitchen and dining room with a classic wood stove, a living room and a bathroom. Your own garden and a large wooden deck to sunbathe, or barbecue. Beautiful area, a crystal clear lake for bathing 200 m away, bordering a nature reserve to enjoy nature. The sea at the dock ~ 700m. 30 mins to Stockholm by "Waxholmboat", bus or car. The archipelago in the other direction.

Privat small apartment with a separate entrance in a house from 1969. Nice, quiet and comfortable -perfect for one person and to stay longer. Full equipped smaller kitchen and a bathroom with shower, washing machine,comfortable bed, armchair, lots of wardrobes. You live by yourself and you don’t share anything. Gamla Uppsala is 4 km north of Uppsala city, nice, quiet and very close to the nature. The highway E4 is close and you can go by bus, bike or walk to city, it’s 100m to the busstop.

Central Knivsta Private Tiny House

Enjoy a cozy and convenient stay in Knivsta, a cute village with easy access via train to Stockholm 28min, Arlanda airport 8min and Uppsala 9min. Our guest house has a private entrance, mini kitchen, TV with Chromecast, comfortable 140cm bed, small sofa bed and bathroom with a washing machine and nice shower. Everything you need is within walking distance, including the commuter train station, grocery stores, restaurants, cafés, gyms and the lake. You can also park for free on the property.

Här finns alla bekvämligheter som fullt utrustat kök, toalett med dusch och tvättmaskin samt sovalkov med 1st Queen-Size dubbelsäng (160cm). Egen uteplats där man på kan avnjuta eftermiddagssolen. Gratis parkering på uppfarten Med bil: 15min till Gränbystaden 15min till centrala Uppsala 7min till Storvreta, här finns Ica Supermarket samt pendeltågsstation för smidig tågpendling till Både Uppsala, Stockholm samt Gävle

The apartment is 120 sqm (1290sqf). Two bedrooms and one big living room which includes the kitchen. There are two apartments in the house. This apartment is on the bottom floor. Both are used as AirBnB apartments. Seperate entrances. Both have their own kitchen with everything necessary like coffee machine, waterboiler, fridge and dishwasher. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Stugan är ca 22 m2 och har ett helkaklat badrum med dusch, ett enkelt pentry med kylskåp, frysfack, mikrovågsugn, plattor och vattenkokare och köksbord. Det finns två sängar samt en bäddsoffa med soffbord. Goda kommunikationer med buss eller bil till Uppsala (20 min) och Arlanda (35 min). Endast 75 km till Stockholm.
