Our "Lemonhouse" is in Agios Dimitrios, 50 km south of Kalamata on the west coast of Mani, directly on the sea. The house, which was lovingly converted/renovated in 2020/21, is modern and fully furnished. It is elevated, 30 meters from the sea, and 1 minute to swimming. It offers 2 bedrooms/living rooms and kitchen with sea view, bathroom with windows, courtyard and 2nd toilet, washing machine and storage. It has a 40 sqm terrace to the sea, lemon garden with outdoor shower, water tank and roof terrace with sea and mountain views. Parking in 40 m

The kamara

Our guest house,"The Kamara", is located in the peaceful village of Neohori in Westernmani. Only a five minute drive from the sandy beaches of Kalogria and Stoupa (a car is recommended), and with a backdrop of the Taygetos mountains, the traditional village has two bakeries, two cafenions, a minimarket, and a taverna. The house is fully equipped. Upstairs is a kitchen and living room with a double sofa bed. Downstairs, in a traditional Kamara with vaulted ceiling, is the bedroom and en-suite.

One bedroom stone guest house with mountain view

Ideally located, both close to Kardamyli but also private. A remarkable guesthouse on two levels with cathedral ceilings and an exposed wood vaulted roof. With it's own entrance. There is a sitting area with fireplace and a sofa that sleeps 1-2, a kitchenette, spacious bathroom with shower, eating area and an exit to a private terrace with outdoor shower and sitting area. Upstairs a king size bed with spectacular views of the sea and mountains. A unique place with a style all its own.

The house is an old town house built 1876 and has been renovated 2018. Three nice and bright bedrooms with Coco-mat beds, all with balcony or access to roof terass. Two bathrooms, a separate wc, fully equipped kitchen, big living room with an open fire place. A big roof terass overlooking the sea on one side and the mountains on the other (equipped with refrigerator and water). All rooms with air-condition . The house is suitable for 6 persons. There is 2 small beaches nearby.

"Valavani House" is a spacious stone house literally on the sea. It is a two-storey house with an indoor and outdoor staircase. On the first floor there are 4 bedrooms and a bathroom. Two bedrooms with direct sea view and two bedrooms at the back of the house. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen and another bathroom, a comfortable living room and a dining area with a breathtaking view of the sea, as if you were on a ship.
