Unfortunately no dogs/children/ infants are allowed as we are a working sheep farm & surrounded by water. The Loft is a stylish space, an open plan living area welcomes you with underfloor heating, comfy seating. In the kitchen, a breakfast bar, electric oven, hob, fridge/freezer dishwasher and microwave. A dining area and wet room located on the ground floor with shower, basin and WC. A spiral staircase takes you to the mezzanine floor, super king size bed, the finest linens and atmospheric beams. The burn flows outside, the ultimate cosy and romantic couples retreat in the Scottish countryside.

Petite Chateau is a listed manor house dating from 1820, privately set within 7 acres of mature gardens on the outskirts of Ayr. It was once named Scotland’s prettiest house. Surrounded by peaceful countryside yet conveniently close to Ayr’s many attractions, the property is a short drive for enjoying beautiful beaches, renowned golf courses, Ayr racecourse, Culzean Castle, Robert Burns attractions, Brig o’ Doon, and many other local treasures. IT IS DECORATED THROUGHOUT THE SEASONS.
