We offer for rent a fully equipped recreational building, which is located in a semi-secluded area near the small village of Zahrádka in South Bohemia near the Orlík water reservoir. The entire 3,000 m2 building is enclosed, covered, fenced and is always rented only to one guest at a time. The cottage offers accommodation for 6 people + extra bed. You can sit under a large roofed pergola or by the fireplace. The Jickovický stream flows through the garden and there is a possibility of swimming in your own swimming "biotope" with a diameter of 13 m.

There are a large number of forests in the area that lead to excursions.Chalupa has two gardens with outdoor seating, a sandpit for children, and where raspberries and blueberries grow. A big deal is a historic barn with seating for various celebrations. The cottage is decorated in a retro style with a nice kitchen, three bedrooms and a folding sofa in the living room for two more guests. The renowned Inn u Jiskr is 5 minutes away by car.

Peace, relaxation, rest... the house is located in the area of an old farm in Písek na Hradišti. It is a quiet edge of Písek within reach of the beautiful South Bohemian nature and the canyon of the Otava River. On the farm you can see wild grazing horses and sheep, meadows, orchards and a landscape of permaculture. The historic town of Písek offers many interesting restaurants and cafes, as well as a historic center on the Otava River and rich cultural activities for children and adults. The Pootava cycle path runs along the Otava River.

Chalet Simterka

Chata Šimterka has been completely renovated and modernized. There is a swimming pool right next to the cottage, and in the lower part of the complex there is a great Finnish sauna. The Otava River is about 100 m from the cottage. On the ground floor of the cottage, there is a fully equipped kitchen, a living area with a sofa bed (2 beds) and a bathroom with a toilet and a shower. On the first floor there is a bedroom with 4 beds (1 double bed, 2 single beds). The cottage has two beautiful terraces.

The cottage is located in a quieter foothill, but central Šumava is really close - within driving distance. In addition to the local landscape, you can also explore the surroundings of Kvilda, Železná Ruda, neighboring Germany, etc. We will be happy to provide you with tips on where to go. :-)

Orlík - Kids' Fun & Play Holiday Villa

Our holiday home near Orlík, just a short distance from the castle, is ideal for families with children. While it may be snowy outside, you won't be bored here! The living room has a children's corner, upstairs there is a spacious children's room with a pile of toys. The large common room with a home theater will provide you with lots of fun. We also have a high chair and a travel cot for the little ones. And when you get tired of the warmth of home, walk around in lovely country

Beautiful south Bohemian cottage

Unique cottage, newly reconstructed but with respect to the past, to rural south bohemian architecture. The house is set in the middle of very small a piecefull village, it has a small garden closed in a yard so you have complete privacy. Outdoor firepit and open fireplace in an old cozy barn. Friendly neighbors can sell you fresh eggs straight from the hen house:) Nice south bohemian surroundings, forest just upon a hill, lakes, fields and meadows offer many beautiful walks.

Hideandseek Aranka wellness at Dva rybníky

On the shore of the pond, they call it Vandrovský, under the ancient oak tree, there is a place that our Aranka found for herself. Beautiful architecture full of exceptional design and comfort, where there is a spacious shower, toilet, kitchenette and Finnish sauna. Outside, a heated wooden barrel - hot tub awaits guests. All in complete solitude, in the peace and quiet of the Šumava foothills.

Karavan Na Louce

The caravan is located in a meadow in the middle of nature just a few steps from the forest. Outside we have a fireplace with a fire and a seating area. A pergola will protect you from the sun or rain. Inside the caravan there is a classic double bed and one smaller double bed. You will also find basic kitchen equipment, coffee or tea. If you get tired of looking at nature, we have board games and books. A shop or pub is within walking distance.
