WINTER MODE: During the winter months, the water system is drained (no running water). Drinking water is available in canisters, and there is an indoor camping pressure shower. The tiny house is heated and suitable for winter stays. Ideal for couples or a solo retreat. The tiny house is fully self-sufficient – electricity from solar panels, and heating and cooking with gas. If you're looking for an unconventional, peaceful, and mindful New Year's Eve, this is the place for you. We will be happy to customize your stay and explain everything in advance.

Our cottage with heated pool, infrared sauna (3 people) and outdoor hot tub is located in the immediate vicinity of the forest, about 300m from the Otava River, which flows directly into Lake Orlické. The surrounding nature offers countless opportunities for a relaxing holiday. THE POOL and HOT TUB are IN OPERATION (from the beginning of April to mid-October), sauna all year round Pleasant seating, outdoor fireplace, lazy tennis court, football goals and a large children's playground with swings, slide, house and basketball hoop.

Located in beautiful South Bohemia in Orlik nad Vltavou, on the main town square, close to Orlik Castle and steps from beautiful nature and the Orlik reservoir. Great for swimming, boating, hiking, biking. The apartment is situated in our ancestral family homestead, with direct and private access from the street. Ideal for families with small children, or a couple. The apartment sleeps 3-4 comfortably. There is space to spread out, play games, read, enjoy the wifi or smart TV with Netflix.

Unique cottage, newly reconstructed but with respect to the past, to rural south bohemian architecture. The house is set in the middle of very small a piecefull village, it has a small garden closed in a yard so you have complete privacy. Outdoor firepit and open fireplace in an old cozy barn. Friendly neighbors can sell you fresh eggs straight from the hen house:) Nice south bohemian surroundings, forest just upon a hill, lakes, fields and meadows offer many beautiful walks.
