"Holiday home near the beach and in the center."

We, a family with 4 children (8, 11, 14 and 16 years), have a holiday home next to our house with its own entrance and parking space. The cottage is within walking distance of the charming village center, just like the beach (approximately 500m from the cottage). 750m away is a beautiful hiking and nature reserve the Zwanenwater. Geniet van de leuke strandpaviljoens met zicht op zee. Ga op ontdekking langs pittoreske dorpjes in de buurt (Groede, Retranchement, ..). Je logeert op 15 km van Knokke en Sluis.

Deze prachtige studio is gelegen in het appartementencomplex de 'Rotonde'. De studio bevindt zich op de 10de etage. (lift aanwezig) Het uitzicht langs de kustlijn is onbeschrijfelijk mooi. De studio heeft een heerlijk balkon, waar u  kunt genieten van de zonsondergang. De  badkamer is voorzien van een douche, wastafel en toilet. De luxe keuken is uitgerust met een afwasmachine, combi magnetron, koelkast, koffiemachine (Senseo) en waterkoker.

Beach House Parallel is only 100 meter from the beach. Private entrance. You have your own living room, kitchen block, bedroom and bathroom. The Boulevard with bars and restaurants, the main street with shops & boutiques are only a 5 minute walk from the house. There is room for 2 people and a baby up to 3 years (baby bed) Note that the house is near the promenade and it can therefore be a bit noisy from the road
