Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Strand

What a great location on Texel in the beautiful village of Oudeschild. Moderately centrally located, so you are everywhere within 15 min. The cottage was very complete, everything has been thought of. Unfortunately, Agnes herself was on vacation with her family, so we were not able to meet in person, but the communication went very well all week, also from Agnes it was regularly asked how everything went here, very nice!

We immediately felt at home in this great accommodation! Mia made it easy for us with her hospitality to feel right at home right away. The accommodation is a gem, the garden a dream! For us as a family with a small child (4 years), a perfect place to relax, start excursions and just breathe! You can feel the love for detail in every corner!

We had such a peaceful stay, the property is beautifully furnished and felt private. It’s in a great location with lots of walking routes directly from the property. We would love to visit again!

Beautiful and nice accommodation if you are looking for peace and nature. Friendly host who is quick to respond and happy to help. I really enjoyed the accommodation and would definitely recommend it. Anything you need is present. The bed is nice, the shower works well and the space is large enough for at least 2 people with a nice outdoor space.

Beautiful vacation home where you lacked nothing.

We booked the house because it appealed to us from the reviews. Our expectations were far exceeded. We arrived at a house where we immediately felt at home. In the kitchen there is everything you need for daily use. Everything is very clean and tastefully decorated. Communication with Saskia was possible without any problems. We rented the house with a friendly couple and went home after a week very well recovered. We can recommend the house without hesitation. We would like to come back next autumn. Ruben's sweet ground Level Flat was perfectly Situated for our 2 night stay in Amsterdam. Located literally around the corner from the Rijksmuseum and the major tram stops it was so easy to get around. The space is clean and bright. We really appreciated the quiet backyard Patio after a day of exploring Amsterdam. We would stay again.

Joost was an amazing host to me and my family! It was the first time that we were traveling abroad with our 11mo son and he made us feel right at home- even had a travel crib set up upon arrival. The location is very convenient - right above a coffee shop which Joost gives vouchers for :) very walkable and overall great space!

Do not hesitate to go there! It is the perfect getaway! Everything is well thought, well decorated, we felt so quickly at home and at peace. There are some houses and neighbours around the house but you might only see them when you arrive and leave. The place is private and quiet. The view is exactly like the picture, we spent evenings looking at the sky, the birds, the rabbits and the cows. A great place 😊

We found the loft cozy and the view of the garden was beautiful. Brigitte always responded quickly. Perhaps in the future we will come back so that my husband can run in the dunes 😉

Like every year, it's a real pleasure to come back to this apartment. Everything is always impeccable, comfortable. The exchanges are simple and pleasant and the location is ideal.

We were in Callantsoog for the first time and both the place and the apartment contributed to the fact that we will definitely come back. Nathalie is very friendly and the apartment is furnished with great attention to detail. The bathroom in particular was nice and modern. Basically, we liked everything pretty well, but the bedroom was a little bright at night. However, Nathalie said that this will be fixed soon. We can only recommend this apartment in an absolute top location! It was great :)

The only issue is that the ceiling in the upstairs loft is 190cm so if you're tall this cute cottage isn't probably ideal.

Communication with Tine was excellent from the very beginning. The view of the sea and the sky... every sunset in the sea is different every day... incredibly beautiful. The apartment is very lovingly and tastefully furnished and very well renovated. It was also handed over really perfectly clean, everything smelled... it is also absolutely practical to have a garage space for the apartment. You can really feel at home in the apartment. Tine is full of warmth and helpfulness. She gives wonderful tips for the area. What do I say? It doesn't get any better 🙂👍🏼🍀❣️

This apartment was amazing for our quick trip to Amsterdam. The location is perfect—right on one of the main canals and walkable to everything. Helena was such a gracious host and gave us some great recs for vintage shopping, drinks, and eats. The space was well appointed and she was so flexible with our arrival and departure times. I would 100% recommend this place and would stay here again on a future visit.

We had the most wonderful stay. The Garage was perfect for what we needed. It was beautifully done, Sanny and Dennis had thought of everything. It had a lovely feeling to it, was beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. Check in was really easy. We used the bikes (thank you!) and the location was a couple of minutes walk from the centre of Alkmaar. We would not hesitate to return. Thank you for creating such a cool and beautiful space. The Condominium is in a nice quiet part of Amsterdam, but still easy to get to city centre. Was very clean and comfortable.

Wonderful space! Beautiful interior, very well equipped for everything you might need over a long weekend stay. Marina was lovely, very helpful and communicative. The bed was extremely comfortable, location excellent, every part of the space is well thought out and would highly recommend it to anyone!

We had a great time in this sweet apartment. We loved sitting in the living room overlooking the canal and appreciated the great shower and overall layout of the apartment. The location is fantastic. Very residential and more peaceful than other parts of the city we have been to. We highly recommend it!

My girlfriend and I had a one night stay and the attic had such a romantic, warm and cozy vibe. Truly amazing. We decided to just make food there and hang out. I’m a big fan of plants and that made this stay extra nice and inspiring due the beautiful plants the attic has! The check in, the parking and the checkout was very easy. Also their communication was fast en spot on, everything was very clear and easy. The location was not central and we didn’t go out so I can’t say anything about that.

Henri our stay was very nice and the personal touch like ,fruit,beard,eggs etc in the fridge and the other personal touches in the flat made us very welcome,if we come to Amsterdam again i would definitely stay there,it was excellent.thankyou mel & henri for allowing us to share your home with us . Our stay with MorningStar in Amsterdam was absolutely exceptional. The home was pristine, beautifully designed, and full of luxurious touches that made our three-night stay unforgettable. We arrived to find thoughtful treats like fresh fruit and chocolate waiting for us—such a warm welcome! The location was perfect: central, quiet, and incredibly walkable, which made it easy for our family of four to explore the city. Every detail exceeded our expectations.
