Modern cottage with three bedrooms and great location in many ways. The cabin was newly built in 2020, has brand new furniture, interiors and equipment. PS wood-burning stove in living room is out of use. On the terrace there is a hot water hot tub ready to be enjoyed 24/7 all year round! The cottage is located in the small village of Spjutvik 23 kilometers from Sortland. This is an idyllic and quiet place, yet it is a short distance to the small town of Sortland where you will find most of the facilities a city should have.

The house has everything you need and appears today as a new exclusive modern house. It has 2 bath, bathtub, 4 bedrooms with a big (200cm x180cm) nice bed, modern kitchen, very good WIFI, 65" TV, washing machine and dryer, and an exclusive sauna. A genuine and cozy house from 1900 with an amazing atmosphere and view. The Blue House is an optimal base for hiking, skiing, kayaking, snowshoe trekking and mountaineering. Fishing in the lakes or in the sea is right outside the door. Maps, first aid kit are available free of charge. We spent a total of six days in the house and were very satisfied. The house as well as the furnishings are very tastefully designed. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back. The use of the wallbox also worked great.

Of the 40 countries I've visited, I think this is the most beautiful Airbnb I've ever stayed in. The view of the fjord is breathtaking, the stream enchanting, we are really away from the world in a positive way. The interior is very cozy, there is a great hike to do at the bottom of the fjord. There was plenty of drinking water in the fridge and it was very easy to get water from the stream for showering/dishes. The kitchen could be a little better equipped (no oil, vinegar, etc.)

We very much enjoyed having Raymond’s place as a base for exploring the Lofotens. It was well located for popping into Henningsvær for meals and into Svolvær for groceries, and put most hikes within easy enough reach. The home is striking, and our group of 7 found we generally had enough space. We loved hot tubbing under the midnight sun. Excited to return!

We loved staying in the house and fell in love with the view out of the window of the upper floor. We could even see the midnight sun from the balcony. Everything was clean and it was very quiet. Also the surrounding offers many wonderful views, hiking baths and wonderful beaches. Waralak was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed very much being her guests. Thank you very much for being with you! It was super great 😁

We loved the unique location and tranquility. Kari was very proactive and provided us with information and tips for excursions. A few snacks were also ready for us. The kitchen is very well equipped. We were also allowed to use the small rowing boat. The sauna with panoramic views is great. The camping shower was okay. It is portable and you can also take a shower outside. A greater water pressure in the kitchen and bathroom would be desirable. There the water comes directly from the creek. Drinking water has provided Kari & Inge in canisters. For a secluded Hytte on the fjord, it's well-equipped.
