The boathouse is very tastefully decorated, and is beautifully located right by the quay. Good communication makes it easy to get to/from Stavanger and attractions in the region. The boathouse has two jetties and a small boat, as well as great hiking, swimming and fishing opportunities. It is located southwest-facing which means many nice sunsets. We are in the process of developing a cozy and charming little place with brewery, cafe and shop. You can order fresh items for breakfast, lunch and dinner - everything served and sold is made here.

Guests can pick apples in the garden if it is the season for it. Inform the host of special needs such as a high chair/bed. Possibility for charging an electric car in the garage.

The house has 2 bedrooms, modern kitchen and bathroom and office space. Cozy outdoor area with barbecue and furniture – ideal for pleasant moments. Quiet location on the outskirts of the city center, with shops, cafes and great hiking areas nearby. Good bus connection. Here you can relax and recharge your batteries.

Short distance to Jørpeland city center (10 minutes walk, 5 minutes drive) with all necessary stores available.
