That's exactly what you can experience in Jølet, the cabin that is specially designed to give an optimal feeling of closeness to nature. On the edge of a "jøl" (a type of riverbank), created by the river's thousand-year effort to reach the fjord, the cabin partially floats in the terrain. Situated completely by itself without close neighbors, but overlooking the cultural landscape and village, this is a perfect place for both relaxation and activity.

This cabin is perfect for families or groups of up to 6 people. The cabin is located in a field at Strandafjellet ski resort. The cross-country ski trail goes right past the cabin. There is access to a nice tour with starting point in the cabin. It is a short distance to Stranda city center. There is also a short distance to Hellesylt and the start of Geirangerfjorden. Just a short distance to the Art Nouveau town of Ålesund. All the hiking opportunities in the Sunnmørsalpene are just a short drive away.

Birdbox Lotsbergskaara is located at Lote, in Western Norway, at an elevation of 270 metres above sea level. With one of Norway’s most breathtaking views of fjords and mountains, you’ll experience a true sense of quiet luxury and a calm, relaxing stay. While you relax in the comfortable cabin, you might be lucky enough to spot deer grazing and eagles soaring just outside the window. Cabin

A modern cabin with space for a small family (max 4). Large ceiling height and floor to ceiling windows make this cabin extra airy and nice. Nice hiking opportunities with the Sunnmørsalpene just outside the door. Famous peaks such as Saksa, Urkeegga and Slogen are just a short drive away. You arrive at the cabin with beds made and towels included in the rental price. Unfortunately, fur animals/animals are not allowed in the cabin due to strong allergies in the family.
