It is a beautiful environment where you are happy to take a walk, a bike ride or swim in Lake Mälaren. The warehouse is separate from the host's residence, with its own driveway. Come and enjoy the peace and quiet, or visit all the exciting sights in Mariefred or Strängnäs.

It has a fully equipped kitchen with dining area and tiled bathroom with shower and washing machine. Here is very quiet with a lake view and at the same time a stone's throw from the cathedral with the possibility to walk down to the pier for swimming or fishing or taking a walk along the promenade. (No wifi or TV)

Guest apartment next to the lake Mälaren

The guest apartment is on top of our double garage. The place is about 40 sqm, and the ceiling is quite low at some places (please check the photos). We live in a house about 50 meters in front of the apartment. From the apartment you reach (by foot) the train station in 3 minutes, the city center in 10 minutes and the dome church in 5 minutes. We have bikes, skate ramp, SUP and other things if you wish to borrow :) Towels and bed sheets are included.

Welcome to our carefully renovated house from the 17th century! Here, you live next door to Strängnäs Cathedral and have the city center nearby. Our charming house also has an exciting history to tell. The house has had the privilege of being featured in the popular history and building care program on TV, SVT “It sits in the walls”. Of course, cleaning, bed linens, towels as well as coffee and tea are included.
