Fox Farm Suite. Luv this neighborhood, large yard!

PRIVATE suite located in our family home. 10 min. from historic Ch'town. Featuring two rooms, one with a double bed the other with king sized bed and living space. Couch is a queen sized pull- out. A well stocked kitchenette with a fridge, dishwasher, microwave, induction burner and coffee station. Includes AC, a flat screen television, wi-fi, propane firepit and BBQ. Beautiful spruce lined acre feels like private grounds. Guests have access to homes laundry and BBQ. Local friendly hosts.

Perfect location to enjoy all that PEI has to offer within minutes! This comfortable, peaceful apartment is a walk-out under a 3 bedroom house. Large, 1 acre shared yard with playset. 3 minute walk to private community beach and miles of shoreline, 2 minute drive (or 10 min walk!) to public beach or Fox Meadow Golf course, 12 minutes to downtown Charlottetown, 30 minutes to north shore. Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally located place.
