Wonderful view of the Bay from your private balcony - everything you need for a relaxing stay - fully equipped kitchen, coffee machine, separate laundry, 2 bedrooms, study nook, air conditioned, 1 bathroom with lux bath. Large flat screen TV with Netflix, Foxtel, Britbox, Disney, Sports and an extra TV in bedroom. Across the road from the beach. Unit is on the first floor, 2 flights of steps with 8 steps in each flight. Garage is very skinny! Large 4-wheel drive vehicle won't fit I'm sorry!

“Robyn’s Nest” 100m walk to waterfront

Located in Brighton just a short walk to the waterfront, local pool, shops, & restaurants. You will have the entire house to yourself which contains everything you need, 2 comfortable queen size beds, fully equipped kitchen, air conditioners and fans in all areas, 2 x TV, washing machine and large covered entertaining area. Easy access to buses & trains to take you to areas of Brisbane or Gold Coast. Unfortunately, the Villa is not suitable for under 10's. Very quiet, home away from home feel.

The ‘Sunday Sleep-Inn’ is a spacious self-contained studio situated on the ground floor of our renovated Queenslander home. We keep the door locked between the studio and the house and there are no shared areas. There is private external access and ample street parking. Surrounded by natural beauty, with parks and waterways on our doorstep and a 10 min. walk to Shorncliffe train station.

Cosy fully contained guest house, free Wi-Fi.

Unit is located behind our house. Own entrance, off street parking. A 2 minute walk to Shops (Coles +), restaurants and hotel. A bus stop, which can take you to Chermside (shops or more buses) or Strathpine shops and railway station or the City. A 15 minute drive to major shopping centres and hospitals. 40 minutes to city. 2 hours Gold Coast and 1.5 hours to Sunshine coast. The unit is only suitable for 1 or 2 guests. I am sorry but I cannot accommodate infants/children or pets.

We live in a quiet neighborhood. This unit is suited to a working couple or mature people. The self contained unit is attached to the main house. It is large & airy with lovely country views, ample off road parking, private patio and enclosed back garden. Enjoy the large comfortable living area with fans & reverse cycle ducted air conditioning throughout. Bedroom 1 is large & comfortable & has a QS bed. Bedroom 2 has two single beds. Use of all amenities is included & free WIFI.

The Red Door Cottage

Separate fully self contained "Granny Flat" with its own entrance off an easement; set in a beautifully lush garden. There is generally plenty of street parking with a walk generally no more than 30 to 40 metres up the easement to the gate which opens on to the "Red Door" of the cottage. When parking please be aware of the bus stop at the end of the easement; Queensland laws stipulate a 10 metre clearway in front and 20m clearway at the rear of the bus stop.
