We've recently renovated our basement to create a stylish, modern, cozy and quiet guest suite. There is a side entrance that opens directly onto stairs taking you down to the unit. It has a locking metal exterior door for sound-proofing and security. The unit is a bright studio apartment with three large windows, a full kitchen, sitting area with tv and fireplace, dining table, queen-sized bed, walk-in closet and your own private bathroom with a five-foot shower. With extensive sound-proofing!

The Basement has one room and two beds located 5 minutes away from U.W.O university 2 minutes away from shopping centres close to downtown as well … it has all the amenities that you can think of wifi , TV (Netflix), kitchen, free parking ,washer and dryer , stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster, Keurig coffee machine,,microwave , and extra blankets and pillows, the list goes on and on.

Basement Apartment for long or short stays

This basement room is like an apartment with it's own private entrance, down 5 exterior steps. Enjoy a tiny private bathroom, kitchenette & shared laundry area. Kitchenette has mini fridge, microwave, toaster oven, 2 burner hot plate with pots, dishes & silverware. Room has two beds, desk, dresser and TV with DVD player & FireTV. Please note the bathroom is very small, do not complain about it, you've been informed!
