The private entrance is accessible by the outside staircase next to the driveway. The home is located in a friendly, and safe neighborhood in Fountain, CO. Grocery store is 1 mile away, and most attractions are within 30 min/car.

Located 3 miles from downtown, 6 miles from old downtown, and 7 miles from the Colorado Springs airport (COS). This space has been approved for Colorado Springs Short Term Rental per Ordinance 7.5.1706 ‘Rules and Regulations’, Permit number A-STRP-24-0997. All Colorado Springs Airbnbs must have this permit and it is recommended to only rent from listings that have one.

Downtown cottage, AC, W/D, patio, sleeps 4!

Super close to downtown Colorado Springs, Memorial Park and many other amenities the Springs has to offer. Complete stand alone cottage with parking and separate full fenced yard with a large patio. Built in 2019, the cottage is super well insulated, quiet and cozy. TV on main level and a TV upstairs. Air conditioning and everything you need for a comfortable stay except for a full size oven. We have a cooktop and counter top oven but not a full size oven.
