Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Stratmoor

Everything we needed and didn't bring was there! Everything was clean, fresh and smelled great. We loved the fresh cookies and snack basket. The coffee bar helped us start the day right and was appreciated. BEAUTIFUL view once you step out the door. Short drive to most activities and downtown. Worked out perfect for our vacation exploring the CO Springs area! The pool table was fun during our down time. My wife wanted to take the super comfortable blankets home (we didn't 😀). Thank you!!! We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Shelley's place felt cozy to me right away. It is in a great neighborhood and has a view of the mountains from the bedroom window. Everything was clean and well cared-for. Shelley was very responsive to messages and requests. I would stay here again if/when I come back to the area.

We had a nice stop over at Linda’s house between our trips to RMNP and Great Sand Dune. It was the perfect home base to reset, do laundry, and get ready for the next leg of our trip. Linda was flexible and a great communicator. She was so helpful with info to make sure we could park our trailer. It’s clear that her devotion to God shines through her kindness and hospitality.

Jacquie's place was fantastic! We were very comfortable. Our kids loved the bunk beds and toys that were provided. The outdoor space was perfect! Such a beautiful neighborhood in Old Colorado City. I highly recommend staying here!

This place is amazing! It genuinely felt like home away from home. Our family made memories in the backyard fire side or in the hot tub. Saw reviews about the AC being loud, as someone who sleeps with white noise and a fan at night. It was definitely not loud by my standards. I also saw some reviews about the beds being uncomfortable, again for me, who likes a bed at medium firmness. I thought they were perfect. I also had to keep a list of all the small details that was put into the home to make it really sparkle with the love put into this place. They have adorable little mints and ear plugs(if needed) in the bedside drawers. Cotton balls and q tips in the bathroom. Makeup removal towels. Hall closet with first aid and many baby items. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything you could need to cook a meal while staying in. Laundry pods were even provided to keep up with laundry during your stay. Then to curl up at night any of the throws around the home are perfect to snuggle with

The apartment is pretty spacious and sofas are comfy. Peggy and Mark have plenty of signs and notes around the place to keep things clear and tidy. Felt very welcome and comfortable there, would definitely stay again.

We highly recommend this comfortable spacious place. We would give it a 6 star rating. Beautifully decorated. Modern. Lots of amenities. They have thought of everything. The bed was very comfortable and with nice linens. We would stay here again. Great location in a nice neighborhood. We always felt safe.

Extremely helpful and responsive hosts, clean, comfortable beds, perfect for my family of 3, close to about everything, 5 min drive to the Broadmoor. My family really enjoyed staying at this location!

A group of 4 of us stayed on a hiking trip. The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Even though you are connected to the owners home, you still have privacy with a locked door and sound proofing. It was very easy to still feel like we had privacy. The host was responsive and made check-in easy. It was a perfect home base for our trip, and only about 10-15 mins from downtown. The hosts even provided some snacks, drinks and coffee! I’d definitely stay here again!

This house was perfect! Very clean and in a great location! The hot tub was an added bonus! Our family and pups had a great time and will definitely stay there again next time we’re in town.

Centralized location to all of the things we wanted to do while in CO Springs! Very cute outdoor seating and covered parking was a huge bonus!

Always love staying here with our dogs! Worth noting though that if your dog gets stressed out by squirrels, be wary of the backyard. The squirrels will for sure taunt the dogs, lol. I’m pretty sure people feed these little guys and that’s why they were so active in the backyard. This place is a great location in a quiet neighborhood close to downtown.

Karen’s place is gorgeous and was the perfect location for easy access to Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak, Manitou Incline and all the wonderful restaurants of Colorado Springs! The house was so comfortable for our family of 5 and we loved the stunning views of the mountains and Pikes Peak it offered. The deck was perfect for morning coffee and evenings around the gas firepit. Karen is an outstanding host with incredibly quick and friendly response time. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Karen’s place!

The stay at Rolf’s home was outstanding! It was super clean, and very comfortable. And Rolf was super responsive to questions and general coordination. Also, the access to the trail/nature area behind the house was a big plus, such a pretty spot. But, it was the view from the deck that really made our stay. Watching the sun set on the Rockies from the deck is pretty epic.

Top marks for cleanliness, communication & comfort! The owners were extremely friendly & responsive. Perfect as a base for exploring the Colorado Springs area. Highly recommend.

This place was absolutely amazing. Deserves higher than the highest rating. Went above and beyond when we locked ourselves out to get us back in quickly- even at great personal inconvenience to them!

Great stay, was very proactive with communication. The kids didn’t complain about anything and I’m not sure you can get a better compliment than teens who don’t find something to complain about.

Shirley’s place was nice and cozy! Clean and simply decorated. The bed was comfy and the WiFi was fast. Covered parking was a plus with the recent hail storm. We extended a week and Shirley was happy to accommodate. Definitely recommend if you’re in the area!

Fantastic stay. Spacious, well-equipped, and in a beautiful part of Colorado Springs. For a short-term stay near Fort Carson, Jennifer’s place offers a refreshing perspective of the city. Highly recommend.

We were in town to celebrate my brother’s birthday. We were comfortable with only my husband and myself. We used the kitchen for making breakfast, which was plenty of space. Coffee maker, and toaster worked very well. I especially loved the heater in the bathroom 😊. We would stay there again when in Colorado Springs!!

This Southwestern condo was very cute and comfortable! Zoey was very communicative and flexible with our check-in! We enjoyed our stay and only wish we could have spent more time here!
