All facilities are located on the ground floor. Such as a spacious sitting area with views of the West-Frisian Circular Dyke, a cooking island and a spacious bathroom with a free-standing bath and separate shower. There is a garden with a terrace. The sea is within cycling distance, where the quietest beaches of the Netherlands are located.

The house contains 2 double bedrooms, a spacious living room, a large open kitchen with many built-in appliances including a dishwasher, a dining table, a bathroom with shower, an indoor shed with a washing machine, a sunny garden with terrace and a shed with bicycles.

Het strand 8 km (10min), Schagen 5km (10min), Alkmaar 16km (20min),Callantsoog (20min), Bergen (22min) Schoorl (25min), Amsterdam 58 km (50 min). Neem uw huisdier of paard mee! Wij verwelkomen beide graag, dus informeer naar de mogelijkheden.

Our B&B is equipped with all modern facilities such as a modern kitchen, Philips Hue lighting, smart TV and Quooker. The cozy veranda is complete with a luxury Jacuzzi and wood stove. The B&B with large private garden and unobstructed view is completely shielded from the farmhouse by a fence and is only accessible to you as a guest. From the Finnish barrel sauna on the adjacent terrace, you can look out over the picturesque city meadows. A delicious breakfast of your choice is optional.

The Kapberg has its own entrance, parking spaces and enclosed private garden, with over 90 m2 of living space, it offers plenty of space for 2-5 people. This gives you plenty of privacy and living space to enjoy your vacation.

Our B&B is located in the heart of Waarland, with Alkmaar, Schagen and Heerhugowaard are within cycling distance. It is a guest house for 4 people, suitable for a family with older children. There is no train station in Waarland, and there are no buses in the evening. Without a car, we may not be the right location. For stays longer than 5 days, a discount is given, but you must provide your own breakfast.
