Accommodation 2/3 Self-contained flat attached to main house with own entrance, on the sea front in the centre of Dunoon, with stunning views across the Clyde and down to Cumbrae, Bute and Arran. 1/4 mile to passenger ferry and one and a half to Hunter's Quay car ferry,5/10 minutes walk to shops, cinema, eateries. Walk, cycle, kayak, swim. Book-lined lounge/study with sofa bed, double bedroom, kitchen, shower room, access to secure back garden with fish pond. Dogs welcome if friendly to mine.

Historic Lochside Woodside Tower

Woodside is a stunning 1850s Victorian mansion. The beautifully renovated top floor apartment has two bedrooms and private bathroom. There is a seating area in the twin bedroom and fridge/microwave/coffee machine in the hallway. An ideal base for visiting the area or for a stop-over. Grounds are extensive and views are breathtaking. Loch Long shore is at the bottom of the garden and there is a kids play area. Easy access to Loch Lomond, Glasgow, Arrochar Alps, Faslane and Coulport Naval bases.

Wee Coo Byre

Converted former byre in bucolic surroundings. Located just outside the village of Strachur, it is an ideal stop for anyone walking the Cowal Way and is close to the unexplored mountains of Cowal and the beautiful Loch Eck and Loch Fyne. The little cottage shares a garden with the main house (where I live most of the time) and is set amongst mature trees, rippling burns and abundant wildlife including chirruping birds, red squirrels and pine martens. A lovely place to unwind and relax.

Finished to a very high standard and kitted out with absolutely everything to make sure your stay here is something special and very memorable. With amazing views, beautiful sunsets and ideally situated on the west coast of Scotland- perfect to explore or to simply unwind. This apartment in tastefully decorated, situated in a residential area, walking distance to Kirn Victorian promenade and all local amenities.close by local activities include golfing, pony trekking,fishing ,hill climbing,and many more to explore. Since Covid 19 regulations I hire a local company to sanitise my apartment by fogging it kills 99,5% of all bacteria including Covid no harmful fumes or residue left. My priority is to protect my guests.

Open all year. For couples, 2 friends or solo travellers . Dogs are very welcome. Argyll Retreat is a cosy timber cabin located in the Argyll Forest Park and Loch Lomond and Trossachs Natiomal Park. It is owned and managed by myself. The lodge is layed out for a couple or solo travellers. Argyll is steeped in history and has miles of coastline, lochs, forests and mountains.
