Indeed, I did not expect this much, but when I first arrived, I kept Hamit in the village and it can't be as big as the house of Ali, brother the same money is keeping the prices affordable, both in the heart of the bazaar and if you come into the house close to everywhere, everything was great up to the details, thank you Mr. Ali, we were very satisfied, our next address will be your home all the time, thank you, have a good day, good day.

Super nice little apartment within walking distance to the bus terminal. The check in was great and we could already enter the apartment a few hours earlier :) You can walk to the main shopping street in 5 minutes and to the border in 10 minutes. Highly recommended to get to know the heart of Nicosia.

The place lives up to photos and descriptions. Recommended.

I would highly recommend this apartment. The quality and price is excellent. The apartment is brand new, modern and clean with very good amenities. Lots of food restaurants around and walkable to Ledra street and Salamou Square. I will stay here if I visit Nicosia again.

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The apartment was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described. Everything worked perfectly, and the space is thoughtfully decorated with great attention to detail. I would definitely recommend this place!

Place was perfect. Excellent location. Parking downstairs. Easy to get to. The flat was spotless and clean. My wife and I Felt very comfortable staying there. Polyvios was very friendly proactive and helpful. Will definitely be my place to stay in Nicosia next month.

The apartment was excellent and super comfortable. We also managed to check in earlier which was great. There is however construction very close to the apartment that starts at 6am. Very noisy so one must close all windows so it’s less disturbing. Otherwise it’s an excellent apartment with super hosts.

We had a lovely stay at the pool house! It is gorgeous and so calm and peaceful, and has everything you would need including a fully equipped kitchen and large bed. Our holiday was late october which was perfect for temperature but maybe a little cold to use the pool, and the pool area was mostly shadowed by the trees for most of the day (although there were always spots to sunbathe if you kept moving the lounger). I imagine this wouldn’t be an issue in summer of course. We paid around 16-20€ each way for taxis into Nicosia.

we made an excellent choice to stay here. it is a perfect size for our small party of 3 (2 adults and a 13 year old). Location was everything: think cultural center,Manhattan-like, everything walkable in the square yet relatively quiet and safe. this is a great home-base, and the apartment is homey and cozy which we lived. HIGHLY RECOMMEND and we would stay again. Thanks ✌🏽 😊

Michalis was an extremely helpful host. He provided us with plenty of additional furniture for our 7 month old while also being extremely responsive when the WiFi stopped working. Great host and great apartment.

Stunning apartment in a residential area of Nicosia, free of clutter, spotlness, modern and well laid out. Has everything that one needs for a short or even longer stay. Private parking, flexible self check in through the use of a key box, and easy to locate. My communication with Felicia was excellent with clear instructions, quick responses, and a very proactive approach in terms of making herself available for any assistance needed. Would recommend unreservedly.

We were a family of 6 people who stayed in this house ,we were happy, Quiet area ,host very friendly and generally like all Cypriots are diligent !!

We had a very pleasant stay at Anastasio's 2 bedroom apartment. The apartment was very comfortable for us and it was located in a very good area in Strovolos. Close to many places that we were planning to go to. Close to shops and to the freeway which was important for us as we were using the freeway quite a lot. Anastasio's was very friendly and attended to all our requests promptly. We would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a similar place.
