Konut görsellerde anlatıldığı gibiydi. Lefkoşa'da Girne kapısı mevkiine çok yakın. Buradan istediğiniz yere minibüs, otobüs, taksi her türlü vasıtayı kullanabilmektesiniz. Hem de Suriçi'nde tarihi çevre oldukça nitelikli, camiler, arasta, han, müzeler vb. gezilecek yerler çok fazla. Sadece eve giderken bazı köhnemiş yapı ile karşılaşıyorsunuz ancak güvenli problemi kesinlikle bulunmamaktadır. Tekrar Kıbrıs'a gideceğim zaman bu evde kalmak isterim. Market'te 5 dakika yürüme mesafesindedir. Zeki Bey'de çıkışta, bavullarımızı uçak saatine kadar evde kalmasına müsaade etti. Güzel bir anı oldu bizim için..

Absolutely charming, comfortable house filled with beautiful collections, every where you look something interesting to look at. Paolo is a lovely host, very responsive and helpful. The bed and couches all super comfy. Stayed here a month and hope to be back!

Aslı Hanım'ın evi oldukça güzel dekore edilmiş ve şık duruyor. Tüm odalarda klima mevcut ve tüm mobilyalar ve eşyalar yeni gibiydi. Ev araçla Lefkoşa merkezine oldukça yakın konumdaydı. Ev zemin kattaydı. Camlar biraz ince olduğundan dışarıdan biraz ses gelse de bölge genellikle sessiz olduğundan çok sorun yaşamadık. Oldukça memnun kaldık. Aslı Hanım'a misafirperverliği için teşekkür ederim.

Elena was very helpful in a difficult time we were visiting my husband each day in hospital. The house was very comfortable and the beds the same..It was very spacious with a nice feel about it lots of different areas to sit.We had a small problem which was resolved immediately. There was lots of lovely bits left in cupboard from previous guests and a bottle of water in the fridge for us.Take lots of mossie repellent we got badly bitten in the garden lots of bushes and plants and surrounding trees etc.The area was nice to walk with lots of places for coffee a great little park 10 mins walk the museum close by. There is a school behind property which they constantly ringing the bell ! but it didn't really bother us.Lots of places to park and a nice area .Thank you for hosting us in difficult circumstances.

We had a fantastic stay and would absolutely recommend this place! The beds were incredibly comfortable, making it easy to get a great night’s sleep. Our host truly went above and beyond- not only did they help us navigate some local challenges with our dietary restrictions, but they also provided thoughtful extras for our young baby, which made a big difference. The location was ideal, with a large supermarket and several smaller ones nearby, making shopping super convenient. It’s also a 25 minute walk to the border. We especially loved the lemon tree in the garden- fresh lemons for homemade lemonade were such a treat! The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, including a dishwasher, large fridge freezer, and a washing machine in the place too. Both bedrooms had air conditioning, which kept us cool and comfortable throughout our stay. Overall, the host was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful -we truly felt cared for. We recommend this place.

Brilliant. Wonderful house.Great location, quiet and safe. Restaurants, bars , tavernas and a small shop all local. Craft and art museum a few yards away. Close to the university. Ancient historical remains and old wall . Also very close to Green Line and 20th century UN history.All very interesting .We walked everywhere and got the local bus 2 euros 40 on one occasion.; people so helpful. Turkish zone at pedestrian Lidras crossing. Take your passport to get into this area . Loved it.

This stay was perfect for our family! We so enjoyed staying at Christina’s place. Between the toys for our kids, the private nature of the unit, as well as the comfortable amenities, we would gladly recommend this place to anyone else looking to book in greater Nicosia! An added plus is the fact that she does not use any harsh chemicals when cleaning the house.

The Hani is a fantastic place! It's situated in a lovely neighborhood, part of the historic city center just outside the fortress walls. It's an easy 10-minute walk to the eastern gate of the walled city, or 10 minutes in the other direction to the heart of the downtown shopping area. The neighborhood is charming, Ottoman-era, with beautifully refurbished old homes and narrow cobblestone streets. Easy free parking right across the street. The only downside is the skate park behind the church, where young people gather until late at night. Still, the bedroom is on the second floor and well-protected from the sound. The house itself has been lovingly, meticulously renovated and combines authentic historic materials and style with all the modern conveniences you could wish. Wonderful courtyard and lots of light. The stairs are not for children or people with mobility problems, but you get used to them, and they add to the charm. Overall, a wonderful place! Highly recommend.

The property was perfect for our needs, my wife stayed whilst attending an IVF clinic and couldn’t have asked for a more comfortable stay. Thank you Ipek and thank you for your help, and allowing us to check out a little later than expected.

Michalis was an extremely helpful host. He provided us with plenty of additional furniture for our 7 month old while also being extremely responsive when the WiFi stopped working. Great host and great apartment.

This is an amazing apartment for an unbeatable price given its value! We spent almost a week here with my colleague and we loved it! The flat is clean, the kitchen has everything you can possibly need. However, please keep in mind that there's only one double bed in one of the bedrooms. The other room is fitted with a couch that can be changed into a bed, but its size is rather small and is less comfortable, too. My colleague decided to sleep on the bigger couch in the living room, instead. Also please keep in mind that the electric sockets follow the UK standard, so you might need to bring converters (although there are a couple in the flat, too). The location of the flat was perfect for us, since we were visiting professors at UNIC. However, you should know that the city centre is more than an hour away by foot. Luckily, you can find both shops and restaurants closeby, too. All and all we had a wonderful time here. Dino is a great guy who was always available if we had any questions.

Very comfortable and cozy place, very silent and unique. Harris, the host, solved all the necessary issues very fast with politeness and kindness and all the stay was perfect.

Awesome place to stay! I stayed a month and still was awed by the view every morning! Very roomy, yet cozy with wood stove. Netflix , YouTube & WiFi never failed! Very secure building ( locked at night) & a double bolt door to the flat. Quiet building & clean & quiet neighborhood, always felt safe. Flat was immaculately clean, has rainfall shower, and bed was extremely comfortable. Nice little balcony too. And the huge dressing room/closet is every woman’s dream! Vas was very responsive to requests, friendly, & checked in via text often to see if I needed anything which I really appreciated. On top of all the above was the live-in host- Mr. Hero 🐈‍⬛- the sweetest, cuddliest cat ever! He has a great personality! He definitely adds the sense of home. Nothing better than having him meet u at the door with purrs after a day of sightseeing and then cuddling up for a good nights sleep. I hope to return to Cyprus & definitely would like to stay at Mr Hero’s , oops I mean Vas’ , flat again

Eşimle beraber çok güzel bir yerde konakladık. Evde ihtiyacımız olan her şey vardı. Klima olmazsa olmazıydı çok rahat bir tatil geçirdik. Buluç beyin iletişimi çok iyiydi evin konumu, düzeni her şeyin olması bizi çok mutlu etti. Umarım bir sonraki tatillerimizde de görüşürüz 🙏☺️

Great stay. Super responsive host. Very spacious apartment, described accurately. We needed to be close to the medical facility close by, and everything worked perfectly.

Está muy bien situada. Tienes varios restaurantes y cafeterías muy cerca. No está lejos de la zona centro. Se puede ir a pie dando un buen paseo. La calle es tranquila. Y Stella siempre estuvo atenta.

Το κατάλυμα της Constantia ήταν άψογο! Πεντακάθαρος, αναικαινισμένος, σύγχρονος και προσεγμένος χώρος! Η ίδια ήταν αμεσότατη στην επικοινωνία με ευγένεια και σαφείς οδηγίες για την πρόσβαση στο χώρο!

The apartment was lovely. It was spacious, clean, well designed and well equipped. Mert was very helpful and informative. Check in and check out was very easy with the lock box for the key. Near to places to eat, the sights, shopping streets and the Ledra Street crossing. Although the street is poorly lit at night, as two women, we never felt unsafe. We'd stay here again.

It was one of the greatest experience. The apartment was very comfortable and right in the best location. I Will give 10/10 feedback. From booking to staying and leaving everything was very smooth and easy. Ozi was a great host, he offered me flexibility in checking in and out. He also gave me one extra night to stay as my schedule was a bit changed in the same booking. Check in was easy, and both rooms were clean , comfortable and spacious. Apartment was clean and perfect for a family. I like how it is decorated. The location is beautiful and near to markete around. All major attractions are close and walkable. Downstairs is clib that is also amazing. Check out was also flexible and comfortable. Ozi himself is very quick to respond and he did all what I needed. Definitely I would recommend to everyone else and would come again. One of my best experiences.
