It’s a great base to explore Swanage and Purbeck and perfectly placed for cliff walks or leisurely days on the beach The bus stop at the bottom of the road (2 mins walk) connects you to Bournemouth and the surrounding area.

Ideal for walkers, bird-watchers and nature lovers, this quiet bolt-hole is in the garden of one of the oldest houses in Swanage. The Purbeck stone building in the southern outskirts of the town is separate from the main house, has it's own entrance and off-road parking. A five minute walk brings you to the Durlston National Nature Reserve looking out over the Jurassic coast. Durlston Castle, the Lighthouse and the Southwest Coast Path are 15 minutes away on foot. All without crossing a road.

Deer Hollow is nestled in a quiet location in the village of Studland. A bright and spacious house which is in excellent condition and benefits from a large garden and large open plan living room, dining room and summer room. The Studland Stores, Bankes Arms pub and Pig on the Beach are a short walk away, while upon Godlingston Heath you can enjoy amazing walks and spectacular views across Studland Bay and Poole Harbour. Not to forget the three sandy beaches, that are a short walk away!

The Cottage is an open plan building next to the entrance to Corfe Common in a tranquil setting. Downstairs there is a King-size bed & upstairs there are 2 single beds . Sleeping areas are open plan but have thick curtains that can be drawn to create a private and cosy space. Much loved seafront cottage on Peveril Point in Swanage. Amazing location on the beautiful Jurassic Coast ,with views across to Old Harry Rocks. Swim, kayak and row from the slipway.
