Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Sturgis

Thank you Tom for the hospitality and the last minute accommodations! Tom was so friendly and so helpful during our stay! Attesting to many of the great reviews: the place was very nice - so clean, as described, and felt so homey. It’s the little things that stood out - the nice toilet paper (haha), the plush towels, (many) warm blankets, and of course the nice accommodations. Place felt so clean - our 5 year old sat on the floor of the living room and played w some of toys that were available. Really wish we could’ve stayed longer - maybe perhaps one day if we are able to return!

This was our 4th year staying with Megan and as always the house was clean and cozy. We love staying at Megan’s because it always feels like home. Easy check in and check out and she always suggests great places to check out in the area. I give her a 10/10 as a host. She is very friendly and always checking in with us. A great place to stay!

This was a great place to stay for our National Parks trip. The location was perfect both for visiting the parks and distance from downtown. The hot tub came in handy after a long day of hiking. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a nice place for their South Dakota trip!

Absolutely loved the stay and everything about it, my only con was that we “didn’t stay there long enough” was really only there to sleep as we were gone on full day trips, would have loved more lounging around time lol. Also as you see in the photos it’s a lot of steps up to get inside and there’s no alternate route 😆 keep that in mind when you have multiple kids and a gross amount of luggage to carry in! Didn’t phase us though l, maybe would be different for someone who struggles with stairs. The hosts went above and beyond for us. Traveled from Buffalo NY, and would love to come back someday.

Cute place for my little family. Bed was super comfy and we loved having a tv in the bedroom and one in the living room. Perfect little kitchen, also loved having washer and dryer! And shower has great water pressure. Also just very pretty landscaping all around.

My stay here was wonderful - perfect one bedroom basement set up with everything that could be needed. About 30 minutes to Mount Rushmore and 45-an hour from badlands (depending on the trail you’re heading to!) The hosts gave a great dog friendly trail recommendations too. Its a new neighborhood in development and I hope to come stay for a future visit to see the growth!

Location and space was great! Was perfect for our family with kids. Host responded quickly to our messages and went above and beyond for us!

One of the best trips we have been on, the biggest part of that was meeting and staying at Deb’s…and we can’t leave out Jake her friendly golden! Easy walk to downtown and to hiking paths and trails. Deb was an amazing tour guide in showing us White Rock and also local places to eat and see. The house is cozy and feels like home, it also has a beautiful yard you can relax in when you need a break! The location is hard to beat with the perfect mix of privacy and closeness to downtown and tourist attractions! We are already planning a trip back down to visit Deb and Jake again!

Felt right at home with the comfortable furniture, plentiful amenities, and fully decorated space. It had almost everything one could need for a short stay. Aaron was responsive, flexible, and friendly. If i find myself in SD again, i would definitely stay here again.

I really enjoyed my month here and happily recommend it. This is one of the rare listings that actually feels lived in: ample dishware, spare cleaning supplies, and comfortable furniture are all highlights. The bed has a cozy foam topper and the cookware allowed me to make a variety of recipes. The location is walkable and close to both a laundromat and grocery store. The area was quiet and the neighbors in the building were all friendly. For all the amenities I thought this place was a great deal. Thank you for the enjoyable stay!

If you are going to have a long weekend in Deadwood and you want a little space away from the action this is the place for you. Easy to find, parking provided, walkable to all attractions.

Janet was so incredibly and kind, she was very communicative and helpful. I had trouble with my car and she let me stay later and even offered the Airbnb spot again at a discounted price, I didn’t end up needing it but I was so touched by her generosity!

Next time we are in Deadwood we will definitely try stay in this little gem.

The stay was wonderful. Place was further out of town than expected but beautiful scenery and peaceful location. Very close to ski slopes if that is what you are there to do.

Had a great time in Hot Springs. You are so close to Wind Cave National Park, where we had amazing wildlife experiences. Carrie was quick to respond, and very communicative. The apartment had everything. It was right in the downtown area, easy to get to coffee shops and restaurants. Try the Smokehouse Bar & Grill for some great BBQ! Would definitely recommend staying here.

Everything about Grandma's House was perfect. Very nice space in a very quite neighborhood. Centrally located to everything in the Rapid City and Black Hills area. We enjoyed our stay very much. The apartment was clean and exactly as described. Cyndie is the perfect host and has thought of everything, right down to providing snacks. All instructions were clear and easy to follow. We will definitely book again should we come this way.

My family had a great time at this airBnB! It was clean and welcoming, our host was extremely responsive and helpful and we had zero complaints. We would definitely come back and we appreciated the lower price which added a low stress factor to our trip. My brother mentioned that he most appreciated the quality toilet paper that was provided and I told him I would be sure to mention that for him. Overall it was a wonderful stay and a great place to stay in Lead with hosts who clearly care about their guests. Thank you!!

Perfect place for us to stay in while visiting the Black Hills. Loved having the amenities of home - grill, dishwasher, fridge, oven, laundry - plus the added perk of the pools.

The condo was perfect for two couples. We were able to cook meals for ourselves with the well-appointed kitchen, and each couple had our own bathrooms. It was such a great stay for us. We would go back again without a doubt!

Great Spot in the beautiful Black Hills! Really loved staying at this condo! Super clean, plenty of towels, lots of coffee pods and just like the listing said. It was easy to get to, close to downtown, and the view of the town and Black Hills was beautiful. Would definitely stay here again—highly recommend!
