Welcome to rent our newly renovated vacation home located between the Nortjärnarna in Evertsberg. Here there is the possibility of both activity and rest all year round. In summer, there is the possibility of hiking, cycling, swimming, fishing, and berry picking just around the corner. Or why not find bargains at any of the flea markets in Älvdalen and the surrounding area? In winter, there is the possibility of downhill skiing in Sälen, about 45 minutes' drive away. Closer slopes are Kläppen and Gopshus. For cross-country skiing, the Vasaloppsleden trail is about 200 meters away.

This is a peaceful accommodation in a 19th-century cottage on the edge of the forest. Wood-fired sauna. Fireplace in the large kitchen. Two extra beds in the kitchen sofa bed. So 10 people can sleep well. There are many nice walking paths and bike paths. 10 minutes to Kläppen's ski trails and slopes. 20 minutes to the Vasa Race start. Summer time 3 km away, there is a very nice and newly built FREE swimming area with 25 meter pool. Mini golf etc. 5 minutes to Limas Biathlon Stadium with nice cross-country skiing trails. The cottage is fully equipped with 10 beds spread over two floors. The kitchen is fully equipped with space for 10 people. Near the house is the Vasaloppsspåret where you can run, bike or ski. The start of Tjejvasan is only 2 km from the house. It is easy to get to ski resorts in Grönklitt and Sälen. Pleasant both summer and winter! The house is newly built in mountain style with all modern amenities. Towels and bed linen included. Hot tub and electric car charger are paid separately.

Stugan ligger på privat tomt (5 000 kvm) i den vackra byn Sunnanäng, Leksand. Byn ligger längst med Siljan, 10 minuter till centrala Leksand och lika nära till Tällberg. Det finns fina promenadstigar längst med sjön Siljan i närheten, både sommar och vinter.

The cabin is located on a small hill-top with a creek below. The creek leads up to a larger lake and both are very fine fishingwaters containing pike and perch among others. There are no neighbouring houses in the vicinity.
