The location of the accommodation is magnificent; directly in front of the famous mountain Kirkjufell and on the beach. Our children loved the proximity to the water. We stayed here for four nights; there was so much to discover. Our hostess was very warm and very easy to reach. We were allowed to see the lambs on the farm. When we had forgotten something in the vacation home, she made sure we got it back. Thank you again for that. Clear recommendation. We would always come back.

Everything was perfect at this home. We could hike, walk to restaurants and it had amazing views! Our host was wonderful in communicating places to visit & the house was spotless. We even saw whales and two arctic foxes!

This airbnb is located right on the waterfront with an outstanding view of the ocean! Easy to find, easy checkin, very cute small town with appropriate amenities. Close enough to the national park that we backtracked to see things we missed yesterday! Great spot!

A beautifully decorated and finished house in a picturesque harbour town. This is a perfect holiday home, with everything you need and no clutter. It's stylishly furnished and has a cosy feel. There is a spacious outdoor area, with a hot tub! The location is perfect with a supermarket, playground, swimming pool, restaurants and the harbour all within easy walking distance. We had a fantastic time staying here and would love to go back!

Such a beautiful house which totally accommodated for our large family. I was impressed with the amenities in the kitchen. Nothing was lacking. Everything was perfectly clean and new and beautiful and we couldn't be happier with the stay. Hands down one of the best Icelandic airbnb's we've been to.

Kristín and Adela’s apartment was one of the best places we stayed during our Ring Road trip! My family of four absolutely loved it. The location in Ólafsvík was ideal—just a short walk to the grocery store, a nearby waterfall, and the colorful rainbow street. We especially enjoyed the peaceful harbor views from the living room window, watching the boats come and go. The apartment was spacious, cozy, and even better than the photos. It was immaculately clean, very comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The modern kitchen had all the essentials, including a dishwasher, and the large bathroom with both a washer and dryer was a real bonus—especially welcome after days on the road with only carry-on luggage. Communication was smooth and pleasant—she was kind, responsive, and helpful from start to finish. We felt completely at home and would gladly return to this gem if we're ever back in Ólafsvík. Thank you again for a fantastic stay!

This place is ideal for those who value a practical and convenient stay. Clean and to the point. Check in was easy. Grundarfjörður was a great location to explore snaefellsnes from. Such a lovely quaint village near some beautiful sights! Breakfast at the local Harbour café was always a lovely opportunity to chat to others visiting, great atmosphere.

We found refuge in this B&B in a rainy and windy day. Easy check-in and spacious insides. we found everything we needed.

If you’re a photographer wanting easy access to Kirkjufell (day and night!) then this is an excellent location. Also really handy in terms of other great spots on the peninsula including Budir and Arnastapi (via the beautiful mountain pass). Also great to have Netflix for those times when the weather is so bad that you can’t hop in the car!

We spent 2 days in Kristín's apartment and had a great stay. The ideal starting point to explore Snæfellsnes. The apartment was great, nice kitchen, mega bathroom, you felt right at home, is designed with a lot of love. I would come back anytime!

WE absolutely LOVED this place. It's very well equipped and very cozy. You should know, that there lives a family with little kids above and it might get louder sometimes, but it didn't bother us, as we spent the whole day outside anyways. Other than that, the absolutely perfect place to stay!

The location is perfect for exploring the Snaefellsnes peninsula. There are some nice restaurants/cafes within walking distance. Check-in/check-out was super straightforward. We had a very enjoyable stay:)
