The lake house, my personal life's dream. But too big to use alone. Away from mass tourism in the middle of the mountains, right on the lake surrounded by forests. In and around the house everything is very generous for people and animals. Very important to us personally. In addition to two barbecue/fireplaces, the private jetty, beanbags and garden swings, rowboat, SUP and garden hut ("Villa Seen-Sucht"), our guests can use everything... so it's more fun for all of us. A special place!

Our cottage was built in 1976 mainly from wood as a holiday home and has been family-owned ever since. The property is located in a quiet area on the outskirts of Graz. Thanks to good connections, you can quickly get to town, but still live completely in the countryside with a garden and natural pond. Attractions such as the Schlossberg or the Graz landmark of the clock tower are within walking distance and are easily accessible by car or public transport.
