Sportliebhaber haben hier die Möglichkeit ungestört zu joggen, schwimmen, Spaziergänge zu machen oder einfach nur die Ruhe zu genießen. Das Haus verfügt über eine Küche, 2 Schlafzimmer (1 Schlafzimmer hat zusätzlich eine Ausziehcouch) gesamt 4 max 6 Personen, 1 Wohnküche, 1 Bad.

The vacation home is divided into three separately divided apartments, each of which has a bathroom, toilet, air conditioning, kitchen, terrace, a separate entrance and access to the pool. The apartments can be rented individually, or the whole house. In this listing, the entire property of 180 m² is rented for a maximum of 10 people. In the South Styria Nature Park with a fantastic view of the gently hilly landscapes of the Kitzeck-Sausal wine-growing region, these 2 chalets leave nothing to be desired. The modern wooden houses are designed as timelessly elegant "Kellerstöckl" (traditional wooden houses), respectfully embedded in the landscape, creating a smooth transition between nature and the interior.
