Country house with pool, unique location

The vacation home is divided into three separately divided apartments, each of which has a bathroom, toilet, air conditioning, kitchen, terrace, a separate entrance and access to the pool. The apartments can be rented individually, or the whole house. In this listing, the entire property of 180 m² is rented for a maximum of 10 people. Completed in 2020, the Schilcher residence offers modern comfort for up to 8 guests and an incomparable distant view on approx. 150 square meters of living space. 2 terraces and 1 balcony are additionally available, in the basement with direct access to the garden. Amenities such as a tiled stove with panoramic windows, a barbecue on the terrace or spacious outdoor lounge furniture allow our guests a pleasant stay.

A fully furnished house is booked: living space of about 120 m², fenced 1,400 m² property, direct lake access with private jetty, wellness terrace with outdoor sauna and hot tub, lake terrace with seating and lounging area, barbecue facilities, free Wi-Fi, Netflix, Prime and free parking Bed linen, towels and beach towels are provided. Booking is self-catering. The desired bed occupancy must be announced in advance!

Gradisch Forester's Lodge

The Gradisch forest house was renovated to the highest standard in 2022. Short driving times to the Carinthian ski resorts: Gerlitzen 20 minutes; Bad Kleinkirchheim 25 minutes; Turracherhöhe 35 minutes and to Lake Wörthersee and Lake Ossiach each 15 minutes. The large Zirbenstube as well as the pool heated with geothermal energy, a small sauna, the designer kitchen and a pool table are the highlights of this house.
