Apartment holiday rentals in Suan Luang

Clean and cosy. Well equipped for a short stay. The washing machine and washing powder was great for washing clothes, especially in the hot and humid climate of Bangkok. The apartment is conveniently located, just a short 5 min walk from Ekkamai BTS station and right next to a mall with supermarket. Several chic cafes and eateries in the alleys right behind the apartment, dishing out really nice coffee, baked goods and local dishes. Gale is very responsive, friendly and accommodating to our requests.

I loved my stay at JJ’s place. At check-in, I had someone meet me in the building. Instructions on how to get there and check- in process, and accommodation information was promptly sent to me 2 days prior. The apartment was clean and spacious. Loved the view from the bedroom! I was provided with snacks and water which was a lovely touch. Building was quiet at night which was essential for me. The location was ideal. Just a couple of minutes walk away from Ekkamai Shopping Centre where there’s also a supermarket for your basics, some coffee places and restaurants for you to choose from, and has a direct link to the sky train so getting to anywhere is super easy. The place is exactly the same as described! Nothing hidden. Can walk to BTS station in 5 mins, so need not to worry about the traffic.

I enjoyed the month I spent in this apartment. Great location - close to the BTS. Nice apartment. Good building. Excellent pool and gym. Would definitely stay there again.

The apartment was extremely clean and tidy. I loved the fact the complex had a cafe in it and also a massage place also that was easy to walk to shops. The coffee shop across the road was really good. The only thing the apartment needed was some cutlery. Having had my own Airbnb it is really hard to keep track of things like cutlery. I was able to buy a bottle opener and some cutlery from the 711, definitely will be going back again next year.

We had an amazing 3 week stay at Manida's. It was more like a home than an AirBnB. Everything was so well thought out and comfortable it was easy to settle in and hard to leave! In our many trips to Bangkok we were unfamiliar with the On Nut area but immediately fell in love with it. Incredible food options were right out the door and by the time we left we had vendors we had to say goodbye to because we had become a regular staple in their daily rotation of customers. You really couldn't ask for a more centralized building for all of your shopping needs, short or long term. The BTS is right there for easy access to the rest of the city which made exploring a breeze and is still the best way to get around if you aren't using a scooter. From start to finish communication was easy and Manida and Berry made sure we had everything we needed to check in and out smoothly. It was an amazing Bangkok trip and a huge part of that was calling Manida's apartment home for a few weeks.

Brilliant place to stay if travelling to Bangkok. We only stayed the 2 nights and staff were super friendly and helpful. Kevin the host was super responsive over text also. Great stay for a great price, not an easy walking distance from central Bangkok but cheap taxis are super efficient.

Loved our stay here. The apartment was cozy and perfect for our time in Bangkok. Easy to get to and close to a BTS station (metro/subway). Lots of great services (massage, nails, groceries, etc), cafes and restaurants close by. Would highly recommend 🤩

A spacious one-bedroom apartment in the heart of W District, on a high floor facing north, away from the noise of Sukhumvit Road, rather quiet for Bangkok with a nice view of the area. W District has a 7-11, two cafes, two barbers, and dozens of restaurants, including the W Market outdoor food plaza (open until about 11pm/midnight) and Shakariki432 open 24 hours serving Japanese yakiniku, izakaya, sushi, ramen, and Thai mookrata. And there's another great cafe (Milk and Honey) across the Sukhumvit Road, and the BTS station, post office, multiple other shopping centers, restaurants, and grocery stores are all within a five-minute walk. The host offered an economical airport pickup option and met me at the condo. There was a problem with the air conditioning on the first night, but they had it fixed the very next day. They were always available to assist with all my requests and very friendly. Note: In May 2025, the pool and gym were closed to repair damage from the March earthquake.

We were a group of five and felt very comfortable in this apartment. Best location imaginable with access to all the best shopping and high-end malls. We can’t say enough about how well this apartment was decorated with ever inch of the unit being brought to its full potential with function and access. We would love to come back one day. Note that even though there wasn’t an elevator we found it easy to climb the stairs.

I was very welcome at this location and i had a great time there ! I would recommend for everyone visitng wether the first tome or not.

The workers who work in afternoon and at night (two guys) they are always incredibly kind. If there is a problem they helped me right away. Thank you so much for them 🙏 I couldn't access to wifi well so I bought sim card (it was not big problem). Nice house! Nice staff! Nice location!

Good, clean accomodation, helpful staff at the building and Chatchatpol was always available for any other queries. The location is central and there are a number of good options for wining and dining in walking distance.

Wonderful stay! The apartment is small but very cozy and thoughtfully arranged. It has everything needed for a comfortable stay — a microwave, stove, kettle, toaster, hot water, and clean towels. It’s also very quiet, which made it perfect for rest and sleep — no disturbing noises at all. There’s a 7/11 just around the corner, which was super convenient for snacks and essentials. The host was kind and responsive, and I felt very welcomed and cared for throughout my stay. I really appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and would definitely stay here again. Thank you so much!

Very cozy, comfortable & tidy apartment, with very good swimming pool & fitness center facility, we are very happy stayed at Amornrat apartment. Amornrat are also a superhost, she's very friendly & very helpful during our stay. I'm very sure to stay here again on my next trip to BKK. :)

I had a great stay here! The room is beautifully decorated in a clean, modern-minimalist style exactly like the photos. It’s super clean and well-maintained, and the location is perfect, right near Phra Athit Road in Bangkok. There are plenty of cool cafes and restaurants nearby, and it’s close to the river too. Ekawit was really helpful and responsive, always quick to reply whenever I had a question. I felt very welcome and taken care of. Would definitely stay here again next time I’m in Bangkok!

Khun Pu was an amazing host. Very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend her. The location was perfect just a min from the BTS and also a near by market. Will stay here again in the near future.

I don’t usually post reviews however the exceptional service provided by the hosts deserves to be acknowledged. Oli and Bunny were responsive to every request. The place is quiet and comfortable. Location is great. Numerous small businesses outside for morning coffee, thai massage, gourmet food shopping and street food. 1 block walk to the BTS train gets you citywide access. You can also ask about hiring Aek the driver if desired. Great place! Great hosts!
