Graziosa villetta a schiera vicino alla spiaggia

Rilassati con tutta la famiglia in questa accogliente casa. La villetta si trova in un piccolo e riservato residence vicino alla spiaggia e al centro ma in un punto distante da traffico e caos. La casa è perfetta per chi ha bimbi, è accessoriata di culla, spondine e seggiolone, i giardini sono recintati e a 50 metri si trova un grazioso parco giochi comunale. La posizione unica permette di raggiungere sia la spiaggia La Cinta che la piazza centrale del paese in pochi minuti di passeggiata.

Questa casa storica in pietra, di oltre 100 anni, é una delle prime residenze di San Teodoro, con una splendida vista riparata dai venti. Oggi è stata ristrutturata e ampliata con gusto e stile moderno con vista sul mare e l'isola di Tavolara. A pochi minuti di macchina potete godervi le rinomate spiagge di San Teodoro. Un posto da Sogno vicino a tutto ma lontano dalla confusione,la casa e’ vicinissima alla spiaggia alla piazzetta e al centro sportivo, nel centro nevralgico di Puntaldia Straconsigliato, Giulia e suo marito sono stati accoglienti e disponibilissimi. Grazie di tutto

Sehr schönes privates und sauberes Haus mit einer Terrasse und einer wunderbaren Aussicht auf das Meer! Es ist ruhig gelegen in einer Nebenstraße, trotzdem direkt im Zentrum und circa 10 Minuten zu Fuß vom wunderschönen Strand La Cinta entfernt. Es gibt die wichtigsten Sachen, der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich mit super Kommunikation und immer verfügbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

SAN TEODORO TWO-ROOM APT.+ GARDEN + PARKING

Ottimo appartamento a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro. Vicolo di accesso un po' stretto per ingresso in auto, sopperito dalla presenza di numerosi parcheggi gratuiti in strada. Appartamento discretamente pulito, migliorabile in alcune accortezze (alcuni indumenti trovati abbandonati negli armadi). Bagno con doccia enorme e super comoda. Dotato di tutti i confort (lavatrice, utensili cucina, fornello, asciugamani, etc..) con la possibilità di mangiare anche all'aperto sotto una piccola veranda. Purtroppo aria condizionata non usufruibile durante la settimana di permanenza. Inoltre si trova a pochi metri da un supermercato che sicuramente rende più comoda la villeggiatura. Nel complesso alloggio quasi perfetto, sicuramente consigliato per chi vuole alloggiare in una zona più tranquilla di san Teodoro, considerando anche la vicinanza con la tangenziale per gli spostamenti in auto. Antonio molto disponibile e gentile, rapido nelle risposte (questione di minuti) Ci ritorneremo volentieri.

We had a lovely stay at Marco’s place! The apartment is newly renovated, very clean, and offers a beautiful view over the sea. We especially enjoyed the screened-in balcony, a great spot to relax while being sheltered from the wind. Marco was a kind and proactive host, always helpful and thoughtful. The kitchen was well equipped, and we really appreciated the welcome touches – a bottle of water in the fridge and even a bottle of Prosecco to greet us. There is a smart camera facing the back seating area that is intended for safety. Overall, a great experience – thank you again, Marco, for your hospitality!

A wonderful villa in San Teodoro, with both a great garden and terrace. Close to a few of the most beautiful beaches in Sardinia, and in great location to explore the east coast of the island. Perfect neighbourhood, spacious villa - which has everything one would need. Definitely recommend!
