Holiday houses in Subiaco

I enjoyed everything about this rental; the location, the apartment itself, richness of sights and activities in the area, and most of all the wonderful friendliness and generosity of the hosts, Rita and Pino. The apartmemt is on the 2nd floor (1st floor according to Italian numbering) of a country house (“casale”) amidst woods and farmers’ gardens. It’s easy to get to the area but even google maps was confused about the last quarter mile. It is nicely furnished and generously supplied with food - much more than minimal breakfast. Pino came by later to add fresh vegetables from the garden. Rita and Pino were the perfect hosts, responding immediately and helpfully to questions and requests but never being intrusive. I hope to return, and I highly recommend Pino and Rita’s casale.

We stayed this weekend and had a really good time. You can park for free along the main street, near the area where the apartment is located, in the center. Very bright, located on two floors joined by a large staircase and with easy steps, the house is divided into a living area with entrance, small kitchen, obtained from the basement, large living room with fireplace and dining table, a first bedroom with attached storage room and service bathroom. Upstairs there is the master bedroom and large, adjacent bathroom, equipped with both a shower and a bathtub, as well as a washing machine and a dryer. In the kitchen, although small there are a dishwasher, coffee machine and microwave, as well as all the dishes and everything you need to prepare a plate of pasta with sauce! We were gifted with a cranberry tart from the Panzini pastry shop, which is really delicious! All rooms are clean and we didn't miss anything, in fact we took advantage of the bread

Liliana was always very helpful and very friendly. The apartment was perfect for our stay. It is beautifully furnished and has everything you need. The location is very quiet and perfect for relaxation. We were able to explore the beautiful Monte Livata and have lots of fun in nature. We had a wonderful time! Thank you for everything. Much recommended, beautiful surroundings and great host

Very nice place, well-kept and innovative! Valentina is a very kind and helpful person with lots of nice ideas in her head! We really liked the space she created, it is suitable for those who love nature, silence and want to spend time in carefree. Everything is well thought out to make you spend time in peace and with fun and enjoyable activities such as watching a movie with the projector under the stars, cooking marshmallows, looking at the sky with a telescope, the whirlpool, playing chess in the largest chessboard I've ever seen...and so on and so forth! The barrel where you sleep is very beautiful, a super clean and precise environment in detail. Its ecological solutions are also excellent, such as the outdoor solar-powered shower, the vegetable garden with aromatic herbs, etc. We will gladly return!!! Thank you!

We left Rome to escape the heat. We were looking for a quiet place, in the cool, surrounded by greenery, where you can stay with our two dogs and from where you can explore the surroundings with excursions, visits and various activities. Casa Rosella is the perfect place for all this. The property is a jewel that exceeds the description and photos, however true to reality. The cleanliness and attention to detail immediately make you feel welcome. Antonio is a great person, discreet and at the same time extremely caring and attentive. He pampered us with local natural products, great figs, jams, and cookies. The care of the outdoor space reflects her love for the countryside. Everything is well-defined, allowing us to leave our two dogs free. Great location for neighboring visits (literally 5 minutes from the arch caves and 15 minutes from Subiaco, a little extra for Trevi and Jenne Falls but still very comfortable). Don't miss out!

A beautiful house in the beautiful town of Subiaco. A well-kept environment, very clean and equipped with everything, for an experience you would like to repeat again and again. This is also thanks to Claudia, an impeccable host, an exquisite and attentive person, always available!
