House holiday rentals in Subic Bay

Villa Amuntai is a beautifully designed villa. While there were a few things that needed maintenance, these didn’t affect our overall experience. The place itself is just great and we felt very safe. The hosts were respectful, responsive, and patient in answering our questions. We were pleasantly surprised to see that the entire villa is well-netted, especially since we had been told in advance about the possibility of insects. That’s to be expected in a tropical setting, especially near fruit-bearing trees. Just bring insect repellent and you’ll be fine. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place.

The host and the caretaker are really approachable and responsive. It’s indeed ‘What you see is what you get’. The place is really nice and peaceful. I love how the caretaker took care of us during our stay! We’ll definitely come back! 💯

Lahat ng needs namin Bago pa dumating sa venue, naihanda, inasikaso talaga nila! 💯💯💯 Beyond the venue and amenities, they accommodated all our requests and simply made our stay at Moja's resort simply memorable. Lee and Ali have been such amazing hosts!! The place is AMAZING! There is a pool, a nice view of the mountains, Ac, and a jeepney just around the corner to take you into the city. I love how quick the hosts were to respond making this long stay of mine amazing. I would book again!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was spotless, spacious, and perfect for large groups. The peaceful neighborhood was a big plus for us, and the host was incredibly proactive and helpful. Highly recommend!

My cousins and I had a very lovely stay at TAV! Apart from the gorgeous interiors and pool, the place was well equipped with everything we could ever need—so much so that we spent more time at the villa than the beach 🤣. But I’d say that the highlight of our whole stay were the hosts, Christopher and Czarina, as well as their whole staff. Every step of the process, from booking to check-out, was such a breeze. The hosts were very prompt and thorough with their responses whenever we had questions and were also very accomodating throughout our stay. Likewise, their housekeeping team members were very helpful and sweet. We really appreciated the warm hospitality that they made us feel throughout our trip. Overall, we had such a blast and we’d love to be back! Thanks again to the TAV team for making our first trip to San Felipe very memorable 🙂

The place is great for big group. Plenty of rooms. Suggest to put AC on all rooms. Ample parking. Very responsive host.

This Airbnb was an excellent choice for our prenup trip! It has a wide parking space, which is great if you’re bringing a car. The place is in a private and safe area, so we felt very secure the whole time. Sir Jojo is thoughtful and accommodating, which really made the stay even better! The house is clean, cozy and really feels like home. It has a kitchen where you can cook your own meals and everything you need is provided. It’s also convenient, just a short drive to Mapanuepe lake and the local wet market is only about 10 mins away. Highly recommended if you’re planning to visit the lake!

Our stay was excellent, Shayne was responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay again! Checking out fat belly deli is also a must!

The unit is very big and perfect for a big group either family or friends. The yard is also very big, and overall cleanness is good. Worth the price and money.

place was nice, clean and close enough to the beach, we did have to pay extra for the extra guests, not sure why, it's not like he had to build extra bedrooms for the extra guests, the price of the stay should have been the price of the stay no matter how many guests.

We had a fantastic stay at Casa Morong Beachfront! The place is clean, peaceful, and well-maintained. The pool was crystal clear, and the beach was calm and not rocky, perfect for swimming. We also enjoyed the fresh seafood (crabs and shrimps) sold by Kuya. So delicious and affordable! 😋 Angela, the caretaker, was very kind and helpful, and Bianca, the host, was always quick to respond and accommodating. The only minor issue was the presence of so many flies, especially around food, but it’s manageable and didn’t affect our overall great experience. Highly recommended—we’d love to come back!

Loved our stay at Fei’s place. She was prompt to respond to our messages for a last minute stay. The housekeeper was friendly and helped us find the place on the phone. The place was gorgeous and well priced with amazing views especially at sunset. Would recommend this stay to everyone wish i could have stayed longer

This was our second stay here, and it was just as wonderful as the first. The place is very comfortable and spacious, with a thoughtful amenities kit in each bathroom. Paolo was an excellent host—accommodating and quick to respond. Lea, the helper, was always just a text away if we needed anything.

The place is really nice. Had a wonderful experience for a summer getaway with the whole family. Very spacious and very good for big group outings. Plus, it is just a few minutes walk down the beach. Overall, highly recommended!

Best for quality time with friends!

This place was great for our family get away. We checked in at the stated time but they weren't finished cleaning. Fortunately, We were compensated for the inconvenience. Asides from that minor hiccup the stay was great! The walk to the beach was super quick and virtually and untouched beach! We were literally the only people there one morning! It was beautiful! The resort across the way reminded us that pathway and beachfront wasn't the one affiliated with the Sunlit villa though. Even though the lot beside it was empty lol! Apparently, the Azura Resort allows 5 people to use their amenities free of charge. We just walked through the resort to the beach the following day. If there is elderly with mobility issues the stairs up to the living area maybe challenging. Sleeping area is on the bottom floor and the living area is upstairs. I would definitely come back if we ever visit the Philippines again! We also found a local place to order food and have it delivered..Crissas Delights!

The place is amazing! It’s a combination of modern and probinsya feels. From the booking the experience was superb! Very responsive hosts, when we got there, ate Beth the caretaker was very pleasant and greeted us with a warm smile. She’s always available to attend to our needs, we don’t even have to ask everything is handed over to us like she can read our minds! We were also greeted with a basket of mangoes, sliced mangoes that we can eat right away, also a first we were given sodas as a complimentary drink instead of water which was really helpful beating the summer heat and to top it all off, we were handed out cold towels which really helped us cool down we really love that touch as it was the first in all Air bnbs we had been! As for the place, there’s a pond and we get to enjoy feeding them, the pool was clean and has no chlorine very natural water and safe for the kids. We enjoyed how quiet and peaceful the place is. We will definitely go back and highly recommended!

Very nice place to stay in. We really enjoyed the homey vibe of the place. Cheng is also just one chat away to attend to our needs. I love the location as well not too far from the city centre. Overall experience is great!! We will definitely come back here! :)
