The place was incredibly homey and impeccably clean, providing the perfect setting for a much-needed escape from the busy city life. The ambiance was just fantastic, creating a serene atmosphere that made us feel right at home. Being surrounded by nature was truly rejuvenating. The fresh air made our morning walks and runs an absolute delight—there's nothing like a breezy start to the day with stunning mountain views! Plus, the location is so convenient, just a few minutes away from the central area and the beautiful bay. Overall, our stay was relaxing and fun. We truly hope to return during the holidays. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a rejuvenating getaway!

This Airbnb was exactly as described—no surprises, just a fantastic stay! The place was spotless and well-maintained, with complete appliances that made everything super convenient. Water pressure was excellent, and the air conditioning was ice cold in all the rooms, which was perfect for the weather. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. It truly felt like a home away from home and was worth every penny. There are also plenty of things to do in the area, making it ideal for families and groups of friends. Honestly, the only downside was that one day just wasn’t enough to enjoy everything this place has to offer. Highly recommend!

I went with my officemates at The Sunhouse for our summer outing and to destress. Our bosses were a bit picky but the house impressed them a lot. The whole house is very high tech and clean, the pool and jacuzzi were both warm and very relaxing. We've had a bit of difficulty locating the place since it is located in a deadend but it is honestly easy to find, just trust the google map and have a leap of faith 🤣 Sir Javi and the caretakers are very friendly and they've responded to ton of questions we had. All in all, we are very comfortable and we've enjoyed our stay. Will definitely go back here again.

We had an absolutely fantastic time staying at Robbert’s place. The kids especially enjoyed it, as they were able to spend unlimited time in the pool, which made their experience even more memorable and fun. Overall, it was a wonderful experience for our entire family — relaxing, enjoyable, and filled with great moments. We’re already looking forward to our next visit and would definitely come back very soon!

We had a great stay! The house was spotless and beautifully designed with wood and black steel accents. The kitchen had everything we needed, plus a washer, dryer, and iron. Wi-Fi and Netflix were a nice bonus, and the beds were super comfortable. My daughter and family were amazed by how lovely the place was. Highly recommended!

TJ's place was quiet and peaceful. We love the forest ambiance of the surroundings. Rooms and extra mattresses are enough for us, we are 10 adults plus 3 children. We stayed for two nights. The house is clean and has all the basic things you need. Internet connection is relatively good. It is situated inside an exclusive subdivision and it's few minutes away from Zoobic Safari, Ocean Adventure and nice beaches. TJ was kind enough to recommend nearby restaurants to explore and the caretaker was there when we checked in and oriented us about the things we can use inside the house as well as provided further instructions. The whole family love our stay at TJ's place. Will likely book again next time. Thank you TJ, thank you AirBnb.

Host was very responsive and accommodating. We arrived 2 hours earlier but was accommodated just the same. Everything we needed was available in the unit.

I would give them more than 5 stars if I could. This place is perfect for those who love nature views and a peaceful, less crowded atmosphere. Leilani is an exceptional host, truly hands-on, which made our stay unforgettable. The unit itself is incredibly cozy, and we will definitely book here again the next time we visit Subic.

We are new in Airbnb. As a first time user, I find Gustavo a great host. Very responsive to every questions and recomended places to go and where to eat. There were some misunderstanding but at the end of the day, issue was resolved.

I like the place it’s private and the are location is quiet with ample parking. Things I like about the place - two bathrooms and shower. If you have elderly companions they can sleep in a floor mattress in the ground floor and will still have access to the bathroom separated from the second floor one. - One TV with Netflix per floor if you need to watch - 24/7 grocery and cafe walking distance and a 7-11 that accessible 5 minutes by car. - there a pool and restaurant nearby accessible for a fee - there’s a nice highly rated restaurant in the same area that’s walkable (was not able to try through) The unit has cooking utensils, wine glasses, cork screw and even cheese cutter and board. - host provided a water dispenser with water. Things that can be improved but still okay - AC is cool but not as cold as I would have wanted but it’s also because it was really hot during our stay. The room was still cold and you will not sweat unless you are used to really cold AC.

The family is incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Onassis and his wife. They went above and beyond, assisting us with water, transportation, and even laundry – offering their washing machine. Another helpful woman, whose name we didn't catch, also assisted us. We easily obtained cooking supplies from their store and a nearby market. The house is stunning, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed. We were so grateful and felt right at home. As a group of friends on an adventure, this experience has raised the bar for future Airbnb stays. Highly recommended! We will definitely book this house again on our next visit.

Nice place. Easy to get around.

Booked this place last minute. The hosts are extremely responsive and warm. Wifi is strong and stable I was able to work without issue. The place is cozy, fully equipped, quiet and smells soooo good. The bed and pillows are soft and bouncy it felt like cloud. This is definitely one of the best stays I've had and I will definitely come back.

Our family had a great experience and we’ll definitely book this place again. The condo is very clean and spacious. We were allowed to do early check-in. Just minor comment on making the room more sound proof as we hear the laughter/ “noise” of people from the other room. But over-all it was a great place!

The place was spacious; it comfortably fit 6 adults and 1 child with lots of room for play and personal space. The balcony had a beautiful view of the sunset, as well as the greenery, which was very peaceful. Hans is a wonderful host; he responded to our inquiries promptly and ensured that coordination with the club front desk went smoothly for beach club access. We enjoyed the pools, the beach, the restaurants, the gym, the shuttle service, and we enjoyed watching our daughter make friends as she played in the kiddie indoor playground. We enjoyed our trip to Anvaya.

My family had a great time staying at Luz's place. The check-in was seamless, the unit was clean, and it was conveniently located near the event we were attending. My kids loved the tower's swimming pool, and we had all the utensils we needed. There was a convenience store nearby, and the host was proactive in answering my questions—even the small ones.
