Very clean and cozy room. The mattress is big and very comfortable! The outside space is very good as well with some hammocks, couches and a good view to the lake! The staff is very friendly and helpful! Totally recommended!

This location is centrally located and within walking distance of EVERYTHING! For the price, it is a great value. After some personal touches and TLC around the place, our space was perfect for our stay. It is located on a very active street, so there is always something to see or hear at any hour. If you are sensitive to that, be aware that it is an all day situation. The place is spacious, has full kitchen, TV and Netflix was a plus, shower had warm water. Johann and Manuel were awesome and very helpful. Its simple, and has the basics you need. Recommend if your going to be out exploring and just need a place to come to at the end of the day and unwind.

Le logement est très bien agréable à vivre. Il est important de savoir que la piscine est partagée (ce qui est écrit sur l’annonce mais pas mis en évidence donc peut amener à se tromper). Sinon celle-ci est très agréable et très peu utilisé par les autres logements. Les chambres du logements sont spacieuses. Les seuls bémols seraient le bruit au alentour (mais qui ne dépende pas évidemment de l’hôte) mais cela peut être parfois épuisant et faire peur au début. Aussi, quelques ustensiles de cuisine et des indications pour utiliser le matériels peuvent manquer mais l’hôte est très réactif dans ce cas. Nous le remercions pour sa disponibilité et sa réactivité.

El lugar es el más cercano a los parques del Irtra que cualquier otro lugar, se puede ir camiandio hacia Xocomil y Xetulul. Hubo iniciativa en solucionar cualquier problema por parte de Alejandra, por lo que la pasamos bien con la familia.

Very pleasant stay! The apartment is easy to reach and all the good restaurants, bars, etc. are within walking distance. The place is all new and squeaky clean, had hot water and a fully equipped kitchen. Miguel and Enly were super easy to communicate with, checked in with us a few times and were so sweet and friendly - and they have an in-house laundry!!! Also loved the chill out area with the beautiful lake view.

Muy lindo el lugar gozamos de las piscinas, jacuzzi, temascal, la fogata, los kayaks, la mesa de Pool todo muy bien organizado. Nos encantaron todas las actividades !

Our stay was incredible. I took my entire family Of 16+…. The views are breathtaking, with so many fun activities without even leaving the house. The hospitality was also a great bonus! Pedro, the house guardian is very attentive. Highly recommend booking Juliana for your breakfast needs, she was also great! 😊 Carlos, is great as far as communication goes, very patient and friendly. We all gave this place a 10/10 We’ll definitely be back soon! Ps…there are some massive stairs down to the pool/ lake. The walk down is easy but the walk up is some work! Be ready for some good cardio

Siempre recibimos apoyo de Vladimir, la casa es muy linda y cómoda. Perfecta para un viaje a Mazatenango cerca del centro y con una magnífica vista a los volcanes.

Location is secure, within walking distance to everything. very close to the embarcadero, so that is a plus. The caretaker stays on grounds with you in a seperate living quaters. We had an amazing stay. Thank you Melissa and Hector!

El host estuvo muy pendiente de todo y fueron muy muy muy amables, la llegada es tal cual lo anuncian, hay que caminar y subir escaleras pero vale la pena al llegar la vista y los 3 pisos son hermosos, lastimosamente estuvimos justo en el fin de semana de celebración del día de la madre y en el poblado empezaron la celebración en la madrugada entonces no pudimos dormir cómodos, pero entendemos que se sale de las manos del host. Todo lo demás excelente! en especial la vista.

We really enjoyed our stay! Daniel, our concierge, was always a text away and very responsive. Maria the housekeeper was very attentive and helpful, even in exchanging Queztales for us! The house had everything we needed. Just as pictured. Updated decor and fully stocked. Bedrooms and bathrooms were small. The house had no walking access to the lake. The lake views were amazing. We enjoyed the jacuzzi watching the sunset! The way up was very narrow and steep but well worth the spectacular views! Daniel’s instructions on how to get there were very detailed, but I suggest arriving early since the drive up can be tricky, so buy everything you need for your stay before arriving. Daniel helped us rent a boat for the whole day that took us around the lake and to San Juan, a picturesque village on the other side of the lake. Restaurant/bar nearby highly recommend Kinnik in Santa Catarina for drinks and appetizers and the empanadas from Terrazas Rst. Overall, a great stay with family!

Lovely, large traditional house with nice bigs rooms and a balcony with a brilliant view. Quite loud in the mornings due to local animals, but we slept through easily enough. Would recommend as a great less touristy accommodation!

The Lake House was waterfront in an unbelievable location—the pictured didn’t do the views justice! The house was walkable to the center of town but there were always tuk tuks around if you didn’t feel like walking. The Mikaso Hotel next door was very convenient to grab a meal or a drink. The house was very spacious and we made great use of both patio decks. The location is a bit buggy but that should be expected right on the lake. The house had everything and I would definitely stay there again on my next visit to San Pedro!!

La estadía fue increíble, nos resolvieron rápidamente los inconvenientes y Dani estuvo al pendiente de nosotros todo el tiempo. Un ambiente agradable y el vecino fue cordial y atento. Mi familia y yo quedamos felices.
