Two balconies (to the harbor and to the romantic captain's quarter) offer sunny spots at any time of the day, stylishly renovated rooms, fireplace, black designer kitchen… Currently, the apartments on the 1st and 2nd floors are being completed and construction noise may occasionally occur.

The Viking bike path passes directly by the house, also suitable for horseback riding.

A 2-person bedroom, adjacent to the fully equipped kitchen, allows a total of 4 people to stay. Starting from the hallway, the spacious sauna area including a shower room and toilet opens. A window door from there allows the direct exit into the outdoor area.

Das Haus befindet sich in einem kleinem ruhigen Dorf mit 6 Häusern, in der Nähe eines wunderschönem Naturschutzgebiet mit Wandermöglichkeiten rund um einen See. Der Parkplatz ist direkt vor dem Haus.
