Swimming spot just around the corner: only 300 m away is a free bathing spot on Lake Wandlitz — steps lead into the lake right in the woods, and dogs are allowed in the water too. The apartment is intentionally designed for a maximum of two adults – not a family setup, but a place for retreat, focused work, or relaxed days out in nature. Unfortunately, our farm is not suitable for excessive parties. Our house was built around 1850. The residential house and barn of the listed 3-sided farmstead are built with oak timber framing. There are 10 wedding linden trees around the house. In November, when the linden trees are pruned back, the house can be seen in all its glory. From May, it then slowly disappears behind shady foliage and stays wonderfully cool throughout the summer...

Our modern and lovingly furnished apartment is located on the southern tip of the largest inland lake in Germany in the "Colorful Town on the Small Lake" Röbel /Müritz. This pretty small town does not yet know the word mass tourism, but still offers a lot of sporting and cultural variety. In the village there is a spa with a large swimming pool and sauna area, a boat and bicycle rental. The water is just a 10-minute walk away.
