Dogs are very welcome and we have an area where they can enjoy some off lead exercise as well as a secure private garden. Outside features a south facing walled enclosed garden with bbq table and chairs and loungers where you can relax and enjoy the peace. Or you can walk down to our young woodland area where you can picnic,toast marshmallows over our fire pit ,let your dog run free or just enjoy a quiet stroll.

Spacious barn conversion with contemporary decor. Two double bedrooms, both en-suite. Master bedroom has a freestanding bath and is set up in the eaves of the barn, majority of the room is full height. There is a 1st floor dressing room with tv and a small double sofa bed. There is a decked area outside with seating overlooking a pond. We are situated in a village with a local shop 300 metres away. Diss is 2 miles, 5 minute drive or 30 minute walk along quiet lanes. A car is essential.
