Holiday rentals with breakfast in Suffolk County

Great place, would stay again.

The house was very clean and organized. Additional seating in the living room would be nice and kings beds instead of queen size beds would be better. They left snacks and bottle water for us to have which was appreciated, but we found open gallons of beverages and open food packages in the refrigerator. We also questioned the sign in the kitchen stating no cooking allowed. Honestly, that’s why we stay at Airbnb’s Overall, our stay was comfortable.

Christies place is clean and comfortable during our two night stay. I will stay there again.

Hospitable host. Made sure breakfast was available every day. The place is beautiful, well decorated. It made me want to stay longer. Donnell is great to talk to, respectful of your privacy, and available if you need anything. I had a great time.

Absolutely beautiful and felt like home. My bedroom looked out over an enormous formal garden and the bay, with an easy walk to the "T". This will be my go-to place in Boston.

We traveled as a family of five adults and one 2 year old. This house was perfect for us. We appreciated how it was set up for small children. We felt instantly comfortable, and at home. Very convenient to stores, restaurants, and the T stops. Before arriving I had questions about urban living with a toddler and Sophia kindly answered promptly. Great home, great communication! We loved Aaron and his family hosting, with available home cooked organic meals. They have done a wonderful job restoring the old Boston home to a beautiful condition.

Amazing, Amazing, Amazing!!! The house, the hosts were super nice. Sara and Steve were so polite, kind and helpful people. Everything was perfect. The real rooms were much more BETTER than on the photos. There were always fruits, snacks, coffee, water in the house which made you feel like home. The landlord is very friendly and always responds to our inquiries immediately. The environment is clean and has everything we need. The location is excellent, making it easy to get anywhere. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Boston in the future!

it's cool and quiet

Big comfortable bed was waiting after your trips round Boston. There was everything you needed for a relaxing stay. Simone was especially helpful with arranging parking for my hire car. Would definitely recommend.

I stayed at Mary’s Medford Studio while visiting my daughter at Tufts, and it was an absolute gem. The surrounding garden felt like a peaceful oasis, full of birds, chipmunks, and the occasional bunny — a perfect touch of nature. The studio is nestled in a charming, quiet neighborhood with easy and convenient street parking. Mary is the definition of a thoughtful and gracious host. Her care for both the property and her guests is clear in every detail. This truly stands out as a top-tier Airbnb experience!

Christian's place was exactly what we needed for the weekend while we spent the day in Salem. He responded quickly and was very helpful the whole weekend. I would definitely book again the next time I'm in Boston!

David & Jenny’s place was exactly as described. We felt welcomed there and their communication was top notch! We had an enjoyable stay and recommend them as hosts!

I used to live in the Boston area, and know what neighborhoods work well when I come back to visit. Watertown is one of them, with the 71 bus to Harvard Square, express bus to downtown Boston, and very nice surroundings reachable by bicycle (Blue Bikes) : Watertown, Belmont, Newton etc. --- so Patrick's location is great. The BnB itself works seamlessly, with Patrick upstairs and two other guests on the ground floor with me. A cleaner comes to tidy. All is provided. Patrick is always reachable. Arrival is easy with a code. Overall, exactly like a B and B is expected to work. Patrick also has full apartment available on the top floor that I would love to use when coming with others.

Really enjoy staying there.

We had a wonderful stay at Robin's place... like home away from home. Very comfortable beds, fabulous kitchen for those who love to cook. Kitchen is FULLY stocked with all essential and then some! You'll love this place! Thanks so much Robin! I'm sure we'll be back!!

Very accommodating and friendly hosts, lovely yard with outdoor seating, clean, comfortable bed, quiet neighborhood, new washer/dryer, beautiful home, close to bus stop. Only negatives - very small bathroom that was not en suite and minimal breakfast options. We bought our own breakfast food and used the refrigerator. We eat very healthy food.

We were just in for a quick evening but everything was communicated very appropriately.

Kate was very friendly and responded quickly to texts/questions. She knows the area well, gave good recommendations for restaurants, etc and even drove us a couple times when it was raining. We were here for a graduation and were perfectly located close to BC and the law campus. The house and gardens were beautiful.

Caroline is a wonderful host and the house is beautiful! She made us breakfast of our choice every morning and gave us many great suggestions. We also loved the location, it's a short bus ride to Harvard Square and transportation into the city. It is also walkable to a bodega and restaurants.

Sad to be leaving. First morning I was awoken by the sounds of birds chitchatting and a warm inviting glow peeking through the windows. Open the French door and listen to the gentle rustling of leaves, the cool breeze flowing in. I could do this for longer. But it’s time to go back to reality. Thank you Joan for hosting.
