Beautiful setting very convenient for a nice getaway on what feels like an island

Our stay at the downtown Boston apartment was absolutely fantastic! The location couldn’t have been better, right in the heart of the city, close to everything we wanted to see and do. The apartment itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and felt like a true home away from home for me and my family. What truly made the experience exceptional was the host's attention, as well as the concierge at the reception, to detail and incredible hospitality. From the moment we booked, they were attentive, kind, and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. They provided clear instructions, thoughtful local recommendations, and even checked in during our stay to make sure we were comfortable. It’s rare to come across a host who genuinely cares about your experience the way they do. We’re so grateful for their kindness and would absolutely stay here again the next time we visit Boston. Highly recommended!

Great place, pristine on arrival. You can hear the waves as ocean right across the street. Beds were comfortable, tall. Window AC units in the common area and each bedroom. Kitchen was stocked with essential pots and pans for simple cooking. Full size gas stove. Good water pressure with quick hot water in the shower, which had a detachable head. As long as you don’t struggle with the steps, would 100% recommend.

Beautiful place to stay worth every penny

I LOVED my stay here! I stayed here for my birthday trip to Boston with two other people. The view was insanely good for the price. We loved how cozy the place was, especially the couches. An uber to the city was around $20. Patricia was so sweet and gave recommendations of things to do in the area. Parking was free which was so helpful. My only complaint is me and my boyfriend stayed in the downstairs bedroom, and noticed there was a door in the room. We opened it and realized it was an unlocked entrance to our room from the downstairs, where other people were staying. The door had a window that wasn’t covered up very well either. We locked the area so no one could get in, but it was a little uncomfortable knowing we could’ve been sleeping and someone could’ve walked up there if we didn’t notice and lock it. Would 100% recommend just make sure those doors are locked!

We had a great stay here. The place was clean, spacious, modern, with plenty of supplies. We were able to walk to various restaurants. The host was very responsive and gave us great local recommendations. Would highly recommend staying here.

The place was exactly as described, very spacious and peaceful. Excellent location with the ocean and beach view right from the balcony. Sunrise was amazing! Super easy public transportation to Boston and around attractions. The host was very communicative and helpful. We had a great time combining relaxation and sightseeing.

We loved our stay at Jason’s. We could walk to the North Station or Haymarket stop in less than 10 minutes and it was even closer to Mike’s Pastry or Theo’s. The front windows look out to a local ballpark with the river beyond. We were able to see sailboats passing by. It’s very quiet at night which was a pleasant surprise for being in the heart of the city. One morning my son got up and walked the Freedom Trail which is very close by, he went over to Bunker Hill and USS Constitution easily. Beds were comfortable, kitchen and bathroom had everything you need. We will definitely see if this spot is available when we come back!

Great place to stay outside of Boston! Stayed with a group of friends and we had a very nice stay. Clean house with updated amenities, close to some good food spots and right across the street from the bay. Also walkable distance to the Quincy train station which we took into the city, which was super convenient. Sydney was very helpful and responsive, and I would highly recommend her place if you’re looking for a nice getaway in the Boston area with friends!

Beautiful location and great house! We had a great time celebrating my 30th birthday with friends. The hot tub/pool is perfect for hanging out after sunset.

Excellent experience. Easy check in and the place was perfect, she even had some snacks waiting for us upon arrival. Easy walk to the ferry into Boston, and easy parking. It was winter, but there were plenty of outdoor activities so we'd love to come back during the summer. Older house but so charming and great location. Overall great communication before, during, and after; she even offered to ship a shoe my niece left behind to us. Would love to come back and would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a great place in Hull.

A high end immaculate beach house with views and access to one of the loveliest beach location in the South Shore. Kelly's beach house is a gem and what our family loved is that it feels like a home away from home. The deck - with couches, a dining table, chairs and lights - feels like an extension of the home and is the perfect place to sit outdoors day and night. Kelly provides everything you can think of for the beach - umbrella, chairs, towels, yeti cooler and easy cleanup with a hosing station right off the beach. Kelly is a wonderful host and very easy to communicate with. She has thought of everything so you don't have to - even wine and beer in the refrigerator upon arrival. We live only 15 minutes away and we will definitely be retuning for another Staycation in this lovely home.

I wanted to take my mom to the Boston area and settled on just south of Boston I was lucky to come across Asha’s Airbnb listing. We had the most wonderful relaxing enjoyable stay far better than any hotel in the area . The house is exactly as stated super well appointed. Asha thought of everything to make guests comfortable and we truly enjoyed three days of beautiful sunny weather… So much so that we did not even set foot in Boston. Asha, thank you for a five star stay and we will definitely be returning maybe even this summer

Beautiful waterfront property in Cohasset, gorgeous old home with so much character and tons of usable space. Big lawn for relaxing or games. Highly recommend!

The house was amazing! We had plenty of space for our large, mixed age group. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies for us to make meals at home and so many great restaurants nearby for eating out. All of Mary’s instructions were very detailed and simple. The house quickly felt like home and easy to function in it. The property is so beautiful and relaxing for all as well. We’d love to come back in the future and even check out the other rentals on the property!

This was an awesome place for my daughter, her family and I to spend time sightseeing Boston while also letting the kids (and ourselves) relax with some beach time. Access to the Boston sights was easy with our rental car, though I think we could have done it well using the “T” which is a 10 minute walk. The house is giant, and the bedrooms on the upper level allowed the grandpa (me) to go to sleep at a reasonable hour while the kids hung on the lower level. The kitchen has all we needed to cook, though there are restaurants a short walk or a drive. One thing that I loved was that the place was spotless clean and NONE of the little things like loose knobs or broken shades. Oh, and a giant washer/dryer made cleaning up after the beach easy. I consider this the best of the AirBnB homes I’ve visited.

Loved our stay at Diana’s place- we were celebrating my bachelorette party. It was nice to be so close to downtown Salem but also on a private street- it’s walkable or a 5 min or less uber drive away. The place has really cool water views out the windows! We had a small fire alarm issue but Diana was very helpful and responsive. I would recommend trying the sauna it was very relaxing!

Thank you for sharing your home! I found this a very convenient location to the T which brought us right to downtown Boston. I especially appreciated the umbrella that was left for use in the living room as I forgot mine and it was a rainy weekend. This apartment was spotless and I loved the espresso machine!

This comfortable apartment has a charming view of Gloucester harbor. It's location adjacent to a live theater and around the corner from Rocky Neck is perfect for entertainment and exploration. It's a five-minute car ride into the downtown, or if you're feeling a need to stretch your legs - it's a long, easy walk.

The place was stunning and close to Boston Commons and all the tourist attractions. Jay was wonderful and came over to greet us and talk about all the amenities and getting around Boston. We loved the place and looking forward to staying again!

Spiro was an awesome host. He met me when I arrived, showed me around, and even offered to help me bring stuff in from my car. His home was so clean. I loved the historic photos on the fridge and he had a ton of great books too! The balcony was probably my favorite part with the view of the water. It was also easy to park my car in the street right in front of the home where I could easily see it. I would definitely stay here again.

This was my first time using airbnb, Charley made it a breeze. The space was great and organized well, very impressed by his use of the space and amenities his place offered. It was close enough to everything we needed , very walkable and being close to the water was an added bonus. Our daughters enjoyed going down during low tide and looking at the little crabs. His instructions were very clear, and great communication, check in and check out was simple. It had everything we needed and was nice to come back to after a long day of site seeing. Everything exceeded my expectations, I highly recommend staying here.

Just got home from a week in the Sandcastle. It is even better in person. It sits on the rope walk, along the bay. It was fun to walk the dogs, and people watch. The beach is just steps away, and it was fun to pick up shells. Fun for the entire family.
