John was a perfect host! Friendly, responsive and made us feel welcome. I took my 9 year old son and we had a great time fishing off the dock and kayaking. The kitchenette is lacking if you want to cook any meals but it didn’t matter in our case. Absolutely beautiful location!

Just like the photos; very nice, well kept separate cottage adjacent to garage, beautifully manicured grounds. very clean bathroom and kitchen. Hosts were very accommodating and helpful.

We love this place! This is the second time we've stayed, and it's a perfect little bungalow for two. The location in Cherry Grove is ideal, just a minute walk to the shops/bars but still quiet. Comfortable, cozy space. Minimal kitchen but the two burners and pots—not to mention the grill—make it possible to cook a nice meal. Great deal, highly recommend!

Robert is a kind and gracious host. He left a bottle of wine with a charming note upon arrival. We had a few questions about the house and he was very prompt and helpful. The house is a sweet charming little cottage in Montauk on the steps from the beach at central air- it was perfect. We would definitely return in the future.

10000/10 recommend. Amazing Airbnb, beautiful pool, near east Hampton, Montauk, Parrish art museum, Dan Flavin institute, longhouse reserve, pollock krasner house. Easy check in, VERY safe neighborhood, Gilliam and her husband were kind and helpful.

Place was exactly as described, clean, comfortable, and quiet. Liz was flexible with checkin which was helpful since our flight got in early and we did not have a car for our luggage. We did bang our heads on the slanted ceilings a few times the first day, but we adjusted. Location is in a quiet neighborhood, we Uber’ed to eat and do other activities. We would stay again.

I have to say this was one of my favorite stays at air b and b because Mary was such an amazing host. Kind, helpful, considerate and a wonderful human to talk to. She went out of her way to make sure my stay was great and even picked up a few things at the store for me as she knew I was going into a busy couple of days. The cottage itself felt like a sanctuary; peaceful, quiet and lovely simple touches that made it feel homey. I can't say enough about the wonderful energy of the place itself and the lovely host, I would highly recommend this location.

This place is very peaceful, in a great area with lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. The guest house is extremely clean and there is no clutter. I really enjoyed my stay here and highly recommend this Airbnb if you ever want to get away to someplace peaceful but close enough where you can find things to do.

If I could rate this stay 10 stars, I would. Geoff welcomed us with open arms. The place was beautiful and equipped with everything you could possibly need including grill equipment, quality sharp knives, a blender, soft beach/pool towels and more. He went above and beyond to ensure the hot tub was clean and perfect for us, that the pool stayed warm, and that we felt at home. He had great local tips and enhanced our weekend every step of the way. You can’t beat this location and the 360° roof deck views. Would stay here again in a heartbeat — best hosts ever!

The pictures really don’t do it justice , the place is adorable. The kitchen has all new appliances, and it has every amenity you could need for a long or short stay.

We absolutely loved our stay. Unfortunately, we booked on a much colder day so we weren’t able to take full advantage of the pool— but even then, being able to sit outside in the patio is nice. The family gave us so much privacy. Would absolutely love to come back on a warmer day!

Loved our stay here! The apartment was very clean and comfortable, and had everything we needed. Excellent location - nice view and very walkable both to Sono and East Norwalk. Communication was easy and clear, thank you! Only thing I would note is that there is a flight of stairs to get to the entrance which was a little tricky with our luggage and stroller (we were traveling with a baby) - didn’t detract from how great our stay was, and would still book again despite that.

Casey's cottage was great! I had a very comfortable stay!! Everything was spotless and the furnishings were lovely. The bed was the most comfortable thing I have ever slept on, I think because I prefer a soft mattress and soft pillows. The ac worked very well so I was more than comfortable day and night. Over all it was a great space, plenty of room and everything was provided. The yard was nice and big and there was plenty of privacy! The location was very convenient, close to town. Casey was a great host, kind and quick to respond! I highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Carrie’s listing. When we first arrived, Carrie was still cleaning up so we were invited inside for a cup of wine. The airbnb had almost everything we needed (minus a microwave) and the property had super friendly chickens and every amenity needed for a stay-at-home vacation. Carrie was even kind enough to have us stay a little past check in to finish some work meetings. We appreciated everything and would recommend this to anyone coming to North Fork :)

Vicky and Peter's little barn apartment was perfectly located for us, close to the beach and we so enjoyed their well landscaped and beautiful property, the birds in the trees and views out the window. The furniture and bed were comfortable and kitchen had all that we needed. They thoughtfully left us a six pack of nice water in the fridge and a pretty little bouquet of her garden flowers on the table. Vicky was friendly and gracious when we saw her in her yard and ready to assist if we needed any thing. They also made the effort to move patio furniture to a location for our use. I would definitely recommend Vicky and Peter's airbnb for others.

A group of us stayed here for a wedding nearby. Durelle was super communicative and helpful the whole time we were there. We didn't get to spend much time there and due to the weather we didn't hang outside too much but the property was beautiful and seemed like a great place for a summer getaway with the pool & firepit

This cottage is absolutely lovely and peaceful. You have a view of the Long Island Sound across the street and the house sits on an inlet. We truly enjoy sitting on the back deck on the inlet water. There are ALWAYS people walking, riding bikes, jogging, walking dogs… etc Lots of delicious restaurants and stores so super close! We will definitely be booking here again in the future!

The cottage was just as described and the pictures were spot on. This is perfect for a get-a-way which is what we did. Had not been back to the area in over 20 years and wanted a convenient place to meet up with family and see the sights. It is just off the Main Road and 2 minutes to Route 48 for quick access to the vineyards, beaches, restaurants and more. If you like oysters, there is an stand right next door. If we decide to go back to Long Island, this will be the one I look for first.

Cozy guest cottage in a gorgeous New England setting. The perfect launch-point for exploring the historic towns and rolling hills and mountains of western Connecticut / eastern New York. The chickens were a charming addition. ;) Would be happy to stay again! The fall colors were stunning.

Amanda was such a great host and her house was exactly the sort of “beautiful Connecticut experience” we were looking for. The property is conveniently located walking distance from restaurants, shops, etc. It is very well appointed with a nice gas fireplace for those cold winter months. Highly recommend it!
