Enjoy a peaceful countryside retreat at this charming Barndominium set on 6.5 private acres, accommodating up to 8 guests This spacious getaway features an 18' x 36' private pool with a hot spa and a solar-heated pool room for year-round relaxation. The Great Room offers open-concept living with comfortable seating, recreation space, and four sleeper sofas. The cozy bedroom includes a king-size bed, while the fully equipped chef’s kitchen boasts an oversized island & a stove with an air fryer.

Escape to our peaceful ranch nestled in the shade of old oaks and flanked on two ends by a sprawling, lovely golf course. Its the perfect place for a retreat or relaxing getaway or family reunion, or golf enthusiasts! With 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, 6 beds, and a pull out bed sofa, it sleeps up to 12. Enjoy the large front deck, fire pit, fireplace, high ceilings, and large gathering room. Catch a glimpse of the the deer early in the morning and at sundown. Our guests have raved about their stay!

Cozy private suite in the lower level. Guests have the suite to themselves. The bathroom is adjacent to the room and is private. There is a small fridge, a coffee maker, and a microwave oven. We are in Geneva, Illinois. We are LGBTQ+friendly. Our space is ideal for shorter stays and visitors on the go . Not suitable for staycations. Quiet area. Hosts live on the upper level and guests pass through our space to get to the suite. In a bind we can accommodate a 3rd guest and a pet. Welcome.

The Main House at Pond View Acres

Nature lovers will enjoy observing the Pond from the Main house at Pond View Acres - a newly-renovated, ranch home on 15 acres in a country setting with easy drive to shopping. With a scenic view of a pond, it is surrounded by forest preserve on the west and south of the property. Beyond the pond are walking trails that may provide wildlife sightings, such as deer, coyote, fox. This small farm has two mini donkeys & chickens. A garden area separates the Main house and the Guesthouse.

Cook a delicious meal in the fully stocked kitchen. Dine at the bespoke table in the window bay under the iconic onion dome. Relax on the cozy sofa and enjoy a movie on the big screen TV. Rest in the plush king-sized bed. This urban retreat is near coffee, shopping, art and entertainment.

Cozy 4-bedroom ranch - minutes from everything

Relax and have fun with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. It is located within walking distance from US Route 34 in the middle of shopping centers such as Meijer, Jewels, Target, Walmart, great restaurants, bars, entertainment, hair and nail salons, gas stations, etc. There are 5 beds (1 king and 4 queens plus a queen-size air mattress and a twin pull-out bed) and 3 couches waiting for their guests. The house is cleaned and sanitized before every reservation.

We have a cozy one bedroom apartment that is available on the top floor of the home and has its own independent and separate entrance! Comes with free parking on premises; recently renovated; neighborhood is safe and quiet. Shopping center with grocery store, laundry mat and restaurant is available within walking distance! We are only 5 minutes from the expressway I-88 and 10 minutes from Naperville and the outlet mall in Aurora!

If you're interested in visiting Chicago, we're close enough for day trips to the city (about 45 miles) but far enough to save some money. You'll definitely have a great time here!
