This was perfect for our weekend stay on the outskirts of ATL. We felt private yet were only 5 minutes from almost anything we needed, like dining, coffee, etc. We took advantage of the spacious area with large kitchen and living room. The 3 bedrooms and 3 baths made the stay that much more peaceful for our family. The hosts were the best, with quick and flexible communication and directions. Stop thinking and just BOOK! Mario was literally the perfect host from the beginning. Easy instructions to get in. He was also very friendly and responsive. The location is perfect and lots of things to do that are close walking distance. And the view was beautiful!!! Def would book again when we come back to ATL.

We absolutely loved this home ! Our host was so awesome too! We came down for a wedding from New York and after a long drive this house was so clean, spacious, convenient and soooooo comfy. The pool was very very clean and the garden around it was so beautiful and neat. It made a beautiful background for pictures. Our host was very helpful , kind and very fast at replying. 100% recommend staying here !

Great place to stay. Very clean. The water pressure and shower head was the best treat after days in the sun at the race track. Great location to Road Atlanta and can escape race life to downtown Gainesville. Crystals place was very clean, cute as a button. She thought of all the needs. I need her contractor, the remodel work was fantastic. Reminded me of a tiny home but in the lower floor of home.

Great location, and close to lakeside park. We enjoyed sitting on the dock and activities on the lake, which we did from the park about 1 mile away. Our schedule changed and Alexandra willingly accommodated us - very nice! We will be back.

Me and my fiancé stayed here for three months, and we absolutely loved it. The place was perfectly clean when we arrived and had everything we needed for cooking and cleaning. It is a basement apartment on the ground level of their house, and we never had any noise problems with them living above us. The neighborhood itself was so beautiful, and I always felt safe. I would highly recommend anyone to stay with Monique. She is very kind and always responded in a timely manner if I messaged her about something.

Perfect for what we needed for 5 nights. Close to all amenities by car, including a choice of Sports Bars, Grocery shopping and Starbucks. Great parking available. We would stay there again if the need and opportunity were present.

Clean and quiet for work trips

I really appreciated all the thoughtful touches throughout the apartment. I was there four nights and whatever I needed was there—from body wash to coffee. Lovely, big coffee cups! Perfectly quiet at night in the neighborhood. So convenient to my relative’s place! Leslie is delightful to chat with. I would definitely want to stay here again!

this place is great! if you've ever rented an attic apartment in another country than this is the place for you. cool corners and rafters, windows up high. I loved it. it was very clean which was lovely and the host was an excellent communicator...responsive, chill, but helpful!
