Monthly Rentals in Sugarcreek Township

Stayed for 2 months on a fellowship at Wright-Pat, safe neighborhood and a cute apartment. Neighbors were nice. Host is responsive and super friendly, even provided beverages and had lots of clean towels and supplies for an extended stay. Thanks Jozelyn!

We were in the area for a dog show and Jennifer's place was perfect. She was very easy to communicate with and made the place to feel like home. The house is lovely, bright with charming decor and comfortable furniture. The fenced yard was private and perfect for my dogs. I didn't cook but the kitchen was fully stocked with all the utensils, pots and pans, spices etc. The town of Xenia has lots of shops, supermarkets and breweries. I highly recommend Jennifer's place and would definitely book it again if I'm in the area

This was our second year at the beautiful house. There is plenty of room for a large group of of people (9 of us). I love how quiet it is here. You are in the middle of the woods. The zip line was a blast. I weigh 300 lbs and I have no issues with riding it. The propane grill was used every night as well as the dishwasher. The price was cheaper than 4 hotel rooms. Plus we were able to make our own food rather than eating out. This house is well worth the price if you have a large group of people. We will be back again next year.
